No load test: Run 2 cycles to check the smoothness of lifting, lowering, and horizontal movements.
Rated load test: Test the lifting speed, braking slip, and noise level under rated load.

Static load test: Load 1.25 times the rated load, suspend for 10 minutes, and check for component deformation and loose connections.
Dynamic load test: Conduct five reciprocating lifting tests at 1.1 times the rated load to verify the structural strength and reliability.

Explosion proof performance test: Tested by the Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Explosion proof Electrical Products of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and issued an explosion-proof certificate.
Surface temperature test: Ensure that the surface temperature of the equipment does not exceed 110 ℃ (T4 group) under normal working conditions.
