1、 Environmental conditions for low clearance electric hoists
temperature adaptability
The equipment needs to operate stably at an ambient temperature of -20 ℃ to+40 ℃. Extreme temperatures may cause changes in the viscosity of lubricating oil or a decrease in the performance of electrical components.
In high-temperature environments, it is necessary to strengthen heat dissipation design, and in low-temperature environments, cold resistant lubricants should be selected.
Work system requirements
The intermediate work system (JC25%) is suitable for intermittent work scenarios, while the heavy work system (JC40%) needs to meet the requirements of continuous high load operation.
The lifting capacity should be adjusted according to the work system, and the rated lifting capacity should be reduced by 30% under heavy working conditions to ensure safety.
Space restriction requirements
Suitable for factories with limited floor height (such as ≤ 6m) or three-dimensional warehouses, precise calculation of clearance margin (equipment height+hook group height+safety distance ≥ 0.3m) is required.
It is necessary to avoid using it in corrosive gases or strong electromagnetic interference environments. If it must be used, protective measures must be taken.
2、 Principles of Electrical Appliance Selection
Voltage level matching
380V three-phase power supply is recommended for industrial applications, and 220V single-phase power supply can be selected for micro devices (≤ 1t).
A voltage regulator device needs to be configured to cope with voltage fluctuations and prevent motor burnout.
Motor power configuration
Select the motor power based on the lifting capacity and lifting speed (such as 13kW or 7.5kW motor for 10t equipment).
Prioritize the use of high-efficiency and energy-saving motors (such as IE4 energy efficiency rating) to reduce long-term operating costs.
Control mode selection
Conventional operations use single speed control (8m/min), while precision positioning requires dual speed control (8/0.8m/min).
The variable frequency speed regulation system can achieve stepless speed regulation, but it has a high cost and is suitable for high value-added material lifting scenarios.
Safety protection device
Safety devices such as overload limiters, lifting limiters, and emergency stop switches must be installed.
Explosion proof electric hoists require Ex d Ⅱ CT4 certification and are suitable for use in flammable and explosive environments.
Protection level requirements
The protection level of electrical components shall not be lower than IP54, and IP55 or higher standards shall be selected for humid environments.
Outdoor use requires the installation of rain covers and moisture-proof heaters to prevent condensation from causing short circuits.
