1、 Preparation before operation

Operator Qualification: Operators must undergo professional training and pass assessments, obtain operating qualification certificates, and be familiar with operating procedures and safety precautions.

Equipment inspection:

Electrical part: Check if the power cord and plug are intact and ensure proper grounding. Use a 500V megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the motor and control box. The cold resistance at room temperature should be greater than 5M Ω.

Mechanical part: Check whether the lifting mechanism, drum, wire rope, and hook are damaged or worn, and replace damaged parts in a timely manner. Ensure that the hook stop nut is tightened, the hook rotates flexibly in both horizontal and vertical directions, and the hook pulley rotates flexibly.

Safety device: Check whether the brake is sensitive and reliable, and whether the upper and lower limit limiters act accurately. Ensure that there is no abnormal noise from the motor and reducer, the brake ring on the motor fan brake wheel must not be stained with oil, and the adjustment nut should be tightened.

Operating environment: Confirm that there are no personnel or other obstacles around the lifting object to prevent accidental injuries during operation. There should be no obstacles within the walking range of the operator and on the route where heavy objects pass.

Load confirmation: Check the weight and size of the object to be lifted to confirm that the rated lifting capacity of the electric hoist must be greater than the weight of the lifted object. Overloading is strictly prohibited.

2、 Operation process specification

Lifting and Landing:

Press the lifting button, and the electric hoist will start lifting; Press the descent button to start descending.

During the process of lifting and lowering objects, operators must maintain concentration and must not leave their operating positions without authorization.

When lifting objects, be careful not to collide. Every time a heavy object is lifted, the vehicle should be stopped and checked for braking when it is lifted 10cm off the ground. Only after confirming that it is in good condition can work begin.

Horizontal movement: Press the left button to move left; Press the right button to move to the right. The traction of the moving position should not be too strong, and the speed should not be too fast.

Stable operation:

When operating the wire rope electric hoist, it is necessary to maintain the stability of the lifted object and avoid shaking or shaking.

It is prohibited to work under suspended lifting objects or pass through lifting objects.

Do not pull or hang diagonally. The hoist should be moved directly above the object before lifting.

Emergency stop: Press the emergency stop button to stop running. Once abnormal conditions such as abnormal noise, vibration, etc. are found in the equipment, it should be immediately stopped from use and maintenance personnel should be contacted for repair in a timely manner.

3、 Post operation maintenance

Equipment reset: After the operation is completed, raise the electric hoist hook to a distance of more than 2 meters from the ground, and then turn off the main power. After using the electric hoist, it should be parked in a designated safe place, and a rain cover should be installed outdoors.

Regular inspection: Check the electrical, mechanical, and safety devices of the electric hoist once a week, and promptly handle any abnormalities found. Clean the motor, reducer, wire rope and other components of the electric hoist every month, and lubricate them every quarter.

Record and report: During use, specialized personnel must regularly inspect the electric hoist, take timely measures if any faults are found, and carefully record them. If there is an emergency situation such as equipment failure, power failure, or falling of lifting objects, the operator should immediately cut off the power and report to the relevant management personnel.

4、 Safety precautions

Personal protection: Operators should wear appropriate protective equipment such as safety helmets, anti slip shoes, protective gloves, etc. when operating electric hoists to prevent accidents from occurring.

Environmental safety: When using an electric hoist, a flat and sturdy ground should be chosen to avoid slopes and muddy surfaces. Ensure that the operating environment temperature is between -25 ℃ and+40 ℃.

Prohibited behaviors:

Overloading the use of wire rope electric hoists is prohibited.

Do not cross the lifting area during operation.

Do not leave the workplace while the equipment is in operation.

It is prohibited to simultaneously press two manual switch buttons that cause the electric hoist to move in opposite directions.

Do not insert hands or other objects into dangerous areas such as drive devices and rollers.

Do not lift objects connected to the ground.

Do not use the limit position limiter to park.

It is prohibited to use electric hoists in adverse weather conditions such as rainy, foggy, icy, and snowy days, as well as near flammable and explosive materials.
