How to set various times for explosion proof electric hoists

When starting the explosion-proof electric hoist, it is necessary to set and follow corresponding time and operation requirements for different stages. The following are specific instructions:

Time setting for commissioning and inspection before startup

Daily inspection: Reserve at least 10 minutes for visual inspection, including integrity of explosion-proof enclosure, cable sealing, and grounding device connection status. Focus on checking whether the anti-collision warning signs on the hook are clear and whether the wire rope is broken (each wire rope needs to be visually inspected within 1 minute).

Weekly testing: Schedule 30 minutes for functional testing, including limit sensitivity testing (3 up/down tests under no-load condition), brake performance testing (braking distance measurement under full load condition, record 3 test data and take the average).

Monthly maintenance: Reserve 2 hours for comprehensive maintenance, including lubrication system inspection (steel wire rope lubrication needs to be carried out quarterly, with each lubrication time of about 30 minutes), electrical insulation testing (using a 500V megohmmeter to measure insulation resistance, recording test values and comparing them with standard values).

Start operation time node control

No load test run: Before each start-up, a 2-3 minute no-load test run is required to observe whether there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations in the operating mechanism, and to check whether the control buttons respond sensitively.

Load trial lifting: Before formal lifting, a 1-minute trial lifting is required to lift the load to a height of 200mm above the ground and hover to check the reliability of the braking system and load stability.

Operation monitoring: If the continuous operation exceeds 1 hour, a 10 minute shutdown inspection should be arranged, with a focus on monitoring the motor temperature (not exceeding 80 ℃) and reducer oil temperature (not exceeding 90 ℃).

Requirements for safety control time after startup

Load hovering: It is strictly prohibited to hover the load for more than 15 minutes. If temporary shutdown is required, the load must be placed on a dedicated bracket.

Handover inspection: A 5-minute joint inspection is required for each shift handover to confirm the equipment status and fill out the operation record form.

Emergency response: If any abnormal situation is found, the emergency shutdown operation must be completed within 30 seconds. After the accident handling is completed, a 1-hour special inspection must be conducted before restarting.

Special working condition time management

Dust environment: When working in flammable dust environments (Zone 21/Zone 22), a 30 minute dust cleaning operation must be carried out every 2 hours, using specialized explosion-proof dust collection equipment to clean accumulated dust.

Corrosive environment: After working in a corrosive gas environment, the equipment should be cleaned within 1 hour, wiped with neutral cleaning agent, and naturally dried.

Low temperature environment: When the ambient temperature is below -10 ℃, it is necessary to preheat for 15 minutes before starting to ensure that the lubricating oil reaches the working viscosity.
