1、 Adjustment of braking response time

The response time of the braking system is crucial for the safe operation of the equipment. Stainless steel lever hoists usually use spring devices to generate braking torque, and the spring reset time is the braking response time. To adjust the braking response time, it can be achieved by adjusting the tightness of the spring device. Generally speaking, the tighter the spring, the shorter the braking response time; The looser the spring, the longer the braking response time. When adjusting, it should be ensured that the brake can quickly and smoothly stop the load, avoiding excessive impact force.

2、 Overload protection trigger time setting

The overload protection device is triggered when the equipment is overloaded to protect the safety of the equipment and operators. The overload protection device of stainless steel lever hoist usually issues a pre alarm when the lifting weight reaches 90% of the rated value, reminding operators to pay attention to the load situation; When the lifting weight reaches 100% of the rated value, a rated value alarm should be issued, and the increase in load should be stopped at this time; When the lifting weight reaches 105% to 110% of the rated value, the overload protection device will trigger, and after a delay of 1-2 seconds, the power supply of the lifting circuit will be cut off to ensure that the equipment will not be damaged due to overload. To adjust the triggering time of overload protection, it can be achieved by adjusting the potentiometer. Specifically, the set values of the pre alarm point and rated alarm point, as well as the triggering delay time of the overload protection device, can be adjusted.

3、 Maintenance cycle schedule

Regular maintenance is the key to ensuring the normal operation of stainless steel lever hoists. Based on the usage of the equipment and the manufacturer's recommendations, the following maintenance cycles can be established:

Daily maintenance: Check the appearance, load chain, hook, braking system and other components of the equipment for completeness, clean the surface of the equipment to ensure that there are no oil stains, dust or other debris.

Weekly maintenance: Check the flexibility of the hook's rotation and the integrity of the threads to ensure that the hook can rotate and lift smoothly.

Monthly maintenance: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, including electrical systems, mechanical components, safety devices, etc., to ensure that all components are in good working condition.

Quarterly maintenance: Conduct minor repairs, including adjusting and repairing safety devices, inspecting and tightening connecting bolts in various parts, replacing brake friction plates, etc.

Annual maintenance: Conduct medium or major repairs, including replacing vulnerable parts, disassembling and inspecting lifting and walking mechanisms, repairing or replacing drums and drum housings, etc.

4、 Time programming method for electronic control module

For stainless steel lever hoists equipped with electronic control modules, time programming can be achieved by writing PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs. Specifically, it can control the fully automatic operation of the equipment, including the time interval and duration of actions such as rising, falling, and stopping. For example, the device can be set to stop for 9 seconds after rising for 6 seconds, and then stop for 9 seconds after descending for another 6 seconds. After running repeatedly for one hour, it will emit an audible and visual indicator and stop running. When writing PLC programs, it is necessary to allocate input and output ports reasonably, define the time interval and duration of each action, and ensure the logical correctness and reliability of the program.
