1、 Chain malfunction

Fault phenomenon: Chain breakage, severe wear, deformation or twisting, resulting in increased operating force, jamming or breaking parts.

Check the degree of wear on the chain. If the diameter of the chain link is worn by 10% or if there is breakage or deformation, it is necessary to replace the chain with a new one in a timely manner.

If the chain twists and turns, check if it is caused by deformation of the chain. If it still cannot be resolved after adjustment, replace the chain.

2、 Brake device malfunction

Fault phenomenon: Brake pads malfunction, unable to meet the required braking torque, resulting in the inability to reach the rated lifting capacity or the inability to control the descent of heavy objects.

Adjust the brake or replace the brake pads to ensure that they are in good contact with the ratchet.

Regularly check the wear of brake pads and replace severely worn brake pads in a timely manner.
