Hoisting mechanism

This dual rope structure ensures that two lifting points can be lifted and lowered simultaneously, ensuring the stability of the lifting equipment during the use of the hoist. The drum adopts a standard rope groove and a welded drum with dual output ropes. When designing, factors such as rope diameter ratio, lifting height, length of fixed and safety rings need to be considered.
Wire rope: It is one of the important components of lifting equipment, and selecting the appropriate wire rope is crucial to ensure the safe operation of the hoist. According to the operating conditions, wire contact, interactive twisting, and hemp core galvanized steel wire rope can be selected. For example, for the case where the total weight of the hoist and lifting device is 2.5t, the hoist is a double rope, the system pulley ratio is 2, and the mechanism working level is M6, a steel wire rope with a diameter of 13mm and a breaking force of 101kN can be selected to meet safety requirements.
Rope guide: In order to prevent the steel wire rope from overlapping or jumping, extend the service life of the steel wire rope and the drum, and ensure the normal use of the hoist, a rope guide is usually installed on the hoist. There are two rope guides on a European electric hoist, one in front and one in reverse, arranged symmetrically. The selection of the rope guide should be based on the diameter of the drum, ensuring that the steel wire rope can be retracted and retracted normally with low friction resistance. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the gap between the rope guide and the steel wire rope is small enough to prevent the steel wire rope from jumping.
walking mechanism
Active walking mechanism: Its function is to drive the electric hoist to move, and in conjunction with the crane's large vehicle walking mechanism, it can transport the load to any area covered by the crane. It mainly consists of wall panels, bridge shafts, wall panel connecting shafts, reducers, servo motors, active gears, active walking wheels, bridge gears, etc. The wall panel is divided into two parts, left and right. The right wall panel is fixed with a reducer. One end of the reducer is fixed with a servo motor, and the other end is fixed with a driving gear. The active gear meshes with two active walking wheels fixed on the right wall panel, and the active walking wheel meshes with the bridge gear fixed on the right wall panel. The bridge gear is connected to the bridge shaft, driving the bridge gear fixed on the left wall panel, and then driving the active walking wheel fixed on the left wall panel, achieving synchronous operation of the four active walking wheels of the electric hoist walking mechanism.
Passive walking mechanism: does not provide power, its main function is to maintain the stability of the gourd's walking process structurally. It mainly consists of 2 wall panels, 1 wall panel connecting shaft, and 2 screws to form the main frame. Each wall panel is fixed with 2 symmetrically arranged driven wheels and 2 sets of guide wheels. The diameter of the driven wheel tread is consistent with that of the active walking wheel tread, ensuring synchronous operation of the driven wheel and the active walking wheel during the operation of the hoist.
Electrical system
Motor: It is the power source of the electric hoist and uses a servo motor with an encoder. The encoder on the motor has the function of measuring the number of rotations of the motor and calculating the lifting height of the load.
Control box: It contains electrical components such as switches, buttons, contactors, limiters, etc., used to control the lifting, walking, and other actions of the electric hoist. Regularly test the sensitivity of switches and buttons to ensure the normal operation of contactors and limiters. At the same time, check whether the power circuit is missing phase and whether the voltage is stable.
Safety control device
Lifting height limiter: installed at one end of the drum, it can accurately measure the number of rotations of the drum, calculate the length of the rope output of the drum, and then calculate the lifting height of the load. Set the upper limit position in advance in the controller. When the load rises to the upper limit position, the encoder feedback signal is sent to the controller, and the controller immediately stops the motor rotation to ensure the safe use of the hoist.
Double protection mechanism: Two sets of safety control devices are installed on an electric hoist, leaving safety redundancy to prevent the hoist from being used normally without any safety accidents when one of the encoders fails.
