1、 Product Features

3、 Operating procedures

Pre operation inspection

Mechanical part: Check whether the bolts, couplings, and protective covers are secure, and whether the lubricating oil quality of the bearings meets the requirements.

Hydraulic system: Confirm that there is no oil leakage in the pump station and pipelines, the oil level in the tank is within the red line range, and the oil temperature is between 20-50 ℃.

Electrical system: Test the sensitivity and reliability of protective devices such as over winding, loose rope, and emergency foot brake.

Braking system: Check the wear of the brake shoes (not exceeding 8mm) and the clearance between the disc and brake (not exceeding 2mm) to ensure that the braking pressure reaches 50.5MPa.

Start and Run

No load test run: Start the auxiliary pump first, observe the pressure gauge (oil replenishment pressure 0.8-1MPa, servo pressure 2.5MPa, operating pressure 3MPa), confirm that there are no abnormalities, and then start the main pump.

Load operation: Slowly push the operating handle according to the signal command, and accelerate at a constant speed after the brake pressure reaches 5 ± 0.5MPa, avoiding sudden pulling and pushing.

Monitoring parameters: During operation, it is necessary to continuously observe instruments such as current, voltage, and oil pressure. The reading on the ammeter should not exceed 68A when unloaded, and should not exceed the rated current during normal operation.

Parking and maintenance

Normal parking: Hold the control lever and slowly pull it to the middle position. After the braking system is activated, stop the main and auxiliary oil pumps.

Emergency stop: In case of abnormal situations such as rolling or speeding, immediately use the foot switch or the main power stop button and investigate the cause.

Daily maintenance: Record operating data for each shift, regularly replace hydraulic oil and filter cartridges, clean oil tanks and filters.
