1. Pre use inspection
Equipment status: Confirm that the brake, chain, hook, pin and other components are intact, without cracks, deformations or looseness.
Lubrication condition: Check whether the transmission part and chain are well lubricated to avoid chain jamming or excessive wear.
Environmental assessment: Ensure that the suspension pivot is firm and reliable, there are no obstacles or dangerous items around, and operators wear safety protective equipment.
Load matching: Select the appropriate model of chain hoist based on the weight of the heavy object, and overloading is strictly prohibited (the lifting capacity must not exceed the rated value).
2. Operation process
Preparation for lifting:
Fix the upper hook on a stable pivot point, and hang the heavy object vertically with the lower hook to ensure a firm binding and stable center of gravity.

Lifting operation:

Overloading and diagonal pulling: Overloading or horizontal diagonal pulling of heavy objects is strictly prohibited to prevent chain breakage or equipment overturning.
Multi person operation: It is forbidden for two or more people to pull the bracelet at the same time to avoid accidents caused by uneven force.
Throwing and impact: Do not throw or drop the chain hoist or hit the chain with hard objects to prevent damage to the parts.
