1、 Equipment definition and characteristics

3、 Standard Operating Procedures

1. Preparation for lifting

Load confirmation: Overloading is strictly prohibited, and the weight of the heavy object must be checked against the rated load of the hoist (such as lifting objects weighing more than 5 tons with a 5-ton hoist is prohibited).

Hanging point selection: Ensure that the hook is suspended vertically, the chain is not twisted, and the hook frame under the double row chain cannot be flipped.

2. Lifting execution

Positioning requirement: The operator should be located on the flat side of the hand chain wheel, avoiding standing under heavy objects or in the direction of chain force.

Tension control: evenly pull the hand chain, stop immediately when the tension increases abnormally, and check for overloading or chain jamming.

Brake test: After lifting 100mm off the ground and resting for 1 minute, confirm that the brake does not slip.

3. Lowering operation

Reverse pull: Slowly reverse pull the hand chain, and the heavy object descends steadily by its own weight.

Emergency braking: The brake should automatically take effect when the chain is released, and sudden release causing heavy objects to fall is prohibited.
