1、 Preparation stage before use

Equipment integrity check

Confirm that the steel wire rope is not broken, worn, knotted, or grooved, lubricated well, and arranged neatly.

Check the flexibility of the hook rotation, tighten the stop nut, and ensure that the pulley is not stuck.

Test the accuracy of manual control buttons (up and down, left and right directions) operation to ensure that there is no abnormal noise from the motor and reducer.

Verify the sensitivity of the brake, the reliability of the upper and lower limit limiters, and the safety of the electrical system (such as power lines, plugs, and grounding).

Environment and load confirmation

Clean up the operation area to ensure there are no obstacles, personnel, or flammable and explosive materials.

Confirm that the load weight does not exceed the rated lifting capacity, the bundling is firm, and padding is added to protect the edges and corners.

Check the bearing capacity of the I-beam track or suspension beam, and ensure that it is installed firmly without looseness.

Personnel and Protection

Operators need to receive professional training, hold certificates, and be familiar with equipment performance and emergency measures.

Wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, anti slip shoes, and protective gloves, and fasten seat belts when working at heights.

2、 Operation stage during use

Standardize operational procedures

Empty load trial lifting: Before formal lifting, conduct an empty load operation test to confirm that the equipment is in normal condition.

Load lifting:

Press the "Lift" button to gradually tension the steel wire rope and observe the load balance.

Continuously press the button to lift the load to the target height, maintain stability during movement, and avoid shaking or collision.

Positioning and Unloading: Move the load above the designated position, slowly descend to the contact surface, and unload after confirming that it is placed steadily.

Safety precautions

Prohibited behavior:

Overloading, diagonal pulling, frequent starting, or using as a dragging tool are strictly prohibited.

Do not leave the operating position when the load is suspended, or hang the load in the air for a long time.

Do not use in harsh weather conditions such as rainy, foggy, snowy, or flammable environments.

Operating standards:

The remote control should be used within a distance of no more than 15 meters. When the operator moves away, they need to press the emergency stop button and turn off the key switch.

Pay close attention to directional obstacles during operation and immediately stop or avoid them.

When the frequency converter fails and switches to power frequency operation, the train has no speed regulation function and needs to stop running immediately.

When using a trailer type manual control box, ensure that the cable is not damaged and avoid entanglement with the steel wire rope.

emergency response

When encountering abnormal noise, vibration or brake failure, immediately press the "emergency stop" button, cut off the power and report to the maintenance personnel.

When the load drops or the equipment malfunctions, remain calm, quickly evacuate the dangerous area, and activate the emergency plan.

3、 Post use maintenance phase

Daily inspection and maintenance

Wire rope: Regularly check the degree of wear and replace immediately when the wire breaks; Maintain lubrication and avoid applying oil directly by hand.

Brake: Adjust the sliding amount of the brake to ensure that the sliding amount under rated load is ≤ V/100 (V is the stable lifting distance within one minute under load).

Electrical system: Check the insulation resistance of the motor and control box (the cold resistance at room temperature should be greater than 5M Ω) to ensure proper grounding.

Lubrication maintenance: Regularly clean the surface of the equipment and add lubricating oil to moving parts such as reducers and wire ropes.

Long term suspension management

Cut off the main power switch, move the equipment to a safe location, and avoid storing it outdoors.

Special inspections shall be conducted on vulnerable parts such as steel wire ropes and brakes, and they shall be registered and stored by designated personnel.

Regular professional maintenance

Conduct a comprehensive inspection or strength test every 6 months, with a focus on checking the stability of the steel structure platform and the flexibility of the limit device.

Strictly follow safety regulations during maintenance, such as not using a screwdriver to strike the joint surface when disassembling the lifting reducer.
