Standard operation

Speed control: The driving speed should not exceed the specified limit (such as factory roads ≤ 10km/h, factory buildings ≤ 5km/h). When turning, the speed should be reduced to below 3km/h, and sudden braking or turning is prohibited.
Smooth operation: When operating lifting, tilting, and other movements, observe for any lag, abnormal noise, or abnormal speed to avoid air entering the system or oil blockage.

When the line of sight is obstructed: prohibit operation or assign independent command personnel; When carrying large volume goods that obstruct the line of sight, reverse the vehicle.

When leaving the vehicle, ensure that the hydraulic system is pressure free to avoid the oil cylinder being in a loaded state for a long time.

Cleaning: Remove dirt and debris from the surface of the equipment, and check the fastening of each component.
Lubrication: Lubricate key parts such as chains and bearings to reduce wear.
Record: Fill in the equipment usage record, including running time, fault symptoms, and handling measures.
4、 Long term maintenance and preventive measures

250 hour inspection: Remove any attachments on the filter screen. If there is too much metal powder, there may be hydraulic cylinder pulling or hydraulic pump wear.
500 hour inspection: Replace the hydraulic oil filter element, check the quality (color, viscosity) of the hydraulic oil, and clean the sediment at the bottom of the oil tank.
1000 hour inspection: Replace the hydraulic oil completely (recommend using L-HM 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil), clean the hydraulic oil tank and filter.
7000 hour and 10000 hour inspections: The hydraulic motor and pump need to be overhauled after 10000 hours of operation, and the hydraulic system should be repaired and adjusted by professional personnel.
Professional maintenance
Regularly inspect and maintain key components such as electrical systems, transmission systems, and braking systems; Adjust maintenance priorities according to seasonal changes (such as replacing antifreeze in winter and checking the cooling system in summer).
