Equipment inspection

Hydraulic system: Check the hydraulic oil level (between the upper and lower limits of the scale when in a cold state), check whether there is oil leakage in the oil pipe joints, oil cylinders, oil pumps, etc., clean the oil stains, and tighten loose parts.

Key components: Confirm that the tire is not damaged, the wheel rim is not deformed, and the inflated tire pressure meets the specified value; Check if the fork is loose or damaged, and reinforce the steel plate if necessary; Test the brake pedal travel (usually 20-30mm), brake fluid level, and handbrake effectiveness.

Safety device: Check whether the roof protection frame, seat belt, warning light, horn, etc. are normal to ensure that the safety device functions properly.

Environmental Assessment

Divide dedicated lanes and pedestrian passages, set up reflective mirrors and warning signs, ensure sufficient lighting in the work area, level the ground, and avoid operating on slopes or slippery surfaces.

Operator Qualification

Ensure that operators receive formal training and are familiar with equipment operating procedures, and prohibit unlicensed driving.

2、 Preventive measures during operation

Standard operation

Load management: Overloading or unbalanced loading is strictly prohibited. The center of gravity of the goods must be stable and placed in the center, and the length of the fork should be greater than or equal to the length of the pallet; Single fork operation or the use of forks as counterweights is prohibited.

Speed control: The driving speed should not exceed the specified limit (such as factory roads ≤ 10km/h, factory buildings ≤ 5km/h). When turning, the speed should be reduced to below 3km/h, and sudden braking or turning is prohibited.

Smooth operation: When operating lifting, tilting, and other movements, observe for any lag, abnormal noise, or abnormal speed to avoid air entering the system or oil blockage.

When the line of sight is obstructed: prohibit operation or assign independent command personnel; When carrying large volume goods that obstruct the line of sight, reverse the vehicle.

Prohibited behaviors: It is strictly prohibited to carry people, slide freely on slopes, drop goods from heights onto forklifts, or stack excessively high goods on forks.

Special scenario: Slow driving is required when operating on docks or temporary planks; When handling high objects and low loads, place the forks in the lowest position.

If the actuator operates slowly when there is no load and there is a sound of overflow valve overflow, the machine should be stopped immediately for maintenance; Hang the "Fault" sign and remove the key when a malfunction occurs, and report to the management personnel.

3、 Preventive measures after operation

Equipment parking

Lower the fork to the ground, shift the gear to neutral, turn off the engine or disconnect the current; Pull the handbrake when parking temporarily on a slope, and use wedges to cushion the wheels when parking for a long time.

When leaving the vehicle, ensure that the hydraulic system is pressure free to avoid the oil cylinder being in a loaded state for a long time.

routine maintenance

Cleaning: Remove dirt and debris from the surface of the equipment, and check the fastening of each component.

Lubrication: Lubricate key parts such as chains and bearings to reduce wear.

Record: Fill in the equipment usage record, including running time, fault symptoms, and handling measures.

4、 Long term maintenance and preventive measures

regular maintenance

250 hour inspection: Remove any attachments on the filter screen. If there is too much metal powder, there may be hydraulic cylinder pulling or hydraulic pump wear.

500 hour inspection: Replace the hydraulic oil filter element, check the quality (color, viscosity) of the hydraulic oil, and clean the sediment at the bottom of the oil tank.

1000 hour inspection: Replace the hydraulic oil completely (recommend using L-HM 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil), clean the hydraulic oil tank and filter.

7000 hour and 10000 hour inspections: The hydraulic motor and pump need to be overhauled after 10000 hours of operation, and the hydraulic system should be repaired and adjusted by professional personnel.

Professional maintenance

Regularly inspect and maintain key components such as electrical systems, transmission systems, and braking systems; Adjust maintenance priorities according to seasonal changes (such as replacing antifreeze in winter and checking the cooling system in summer).

System Management
