1、 Equipment structure and appearance

Shell and Material: Check if the shell material is thick, if the surface treatment is uniform and free of burrs, and if there is rust on the metal parts. Gears and chains made of alloy steel are usually more durable.

Compact and aesthetic: The design of the low clearance electric hoist is compact, and it should be checked whether it has achieved external optimization, such as whether the cable layout is reasonable, whether the counterweight design saves materials and reduces external dimensions.

2、 Performance parameters and testing

Load bearing capacity: Conduct load bearing capacity testing according to the specifications and design requirements of the equipment to ensure that the equipment can lift and transport the required load normally.

Running test: Start the device and conduct a running test to observe the working status, noise level, and vibration of the device during operation. Emergency stop: The emergency stop button should be prominent and easy to touch to ensure that the equipment can be quickly stopped in case of emergency.

4、 Operation status and operation

Braking performance: The brake should be flexible and reliable. Check the smoothness of the friction surface and whether the braking sliding amount meets the standards.

Operating feel: The handle switch should have anti misoperation design, and the button should rebound crisply without adhesion. Wireless remote control devices should be tested for signal stability and observed for command delays or conflicts.

Wire rope and chain: Check whether the wire rope is correctly wound in the groove of the drum rope, whether the lubrication is good, and whether there is any phenomenon of detachment from the pulley groove. Quality of components: Check whether the hook has significant rated lifting capacity markings and locking devices to prevent accidental slippage of the rigging. The drum and pulley should be checked for the reliability of the fixing device and whether the pulley itself has burrs or debris.

Maintenance plan: Check if the equipment has a regular maintenance plan, including lubrication, fastener inspection, replacement of vulnerable parts, etc.
