The specific steps for lifting the operating chain hoist (chain lifting equipment) are as follows:

Start preparation:

Empty load test: Before formal load operation, an empty load test is required. Add an appropriate amount of mechanical oil to the reducer, add lubricating oil or grease to the slide inside the bow beam, connect the three-phase power supply, and press the bell to indicate the message. Turn on and off the power supply twice within 3-5 seconds to confirm that there is no impact on the overall operation of the machine. Then, officially start the power supply and run it without load for 4 hours. During this period, measure the current and voltage of the main motor when the car is empty, and record the temperature rise of each bearing part of the reducer and the head and tail bearings of the bucket elevator.

Tighten bolts: After running without load for 4 hours, if no abnormal phenomena occur, stop the vehicle and tighten all the bolts that fix the bucket once. At this point, the bucket is in the appropriate position during the empty operation. After tightening the screws, stop the empty operation for more than 4 hours, tighten the bucket connecting bolts again, and fix the bolts and nuts with spot welding.

Load operation:

Condition confirmation: After the empty vehicle operation is qualified, it is confirmed that the chain hoist has the load operation conditions and there are no problems with the connection of other equipment connected to it.

Gradually increasing load: When the load is running, it should be gradually increased from small to large until the maximum load of the equipment is reached. During the operation of the load, timely measure the current, voltage, and temperature rise of the motor and bearings, and keep records.

Normal operation:

Start operation: After the load linkage test is completed, the chain hoist is ready for normal operation. Before normal operation, start the vehicle empty for 1-3 minutes, wait for the equipment to operate stably, and then gradually increase the feeding amount until it runs at full load.

Uniform feeding: During operation, the feeding should be as uniform as possible, and the equipment should not be stopped or started arbitrarily when fully loaded to avoid causing excessive impact on the equipment.

Shutdown operation:

Unloading confirmation: After stopping feeding, it is necessary to confirm that all the materials in the hopper have been unloaded.

Shutdown after operation: Let the equipment run for a period of time to ensure that all the materials in the bucket are emptied before stopping.

Regular inspection and maintenance:

Bolt inspection: Regularly check the bolt connection between the groove bottom plate and the chain plate to ensure that the bolts are tightened and not loose.

Chain inspection: Regularly check the tightness of the traction chain, and adjust and handle any abnormalities in a timely manner.

Lubrication and maintenance: According to the equipment manual, regularly lubricate and maintain the chain hoist to ensure that all components of the equipment are in good working condition.
