Insufficient explosion-proof level of components: Some manufacturers have not followed the requirements of the manufacturing license configuration table and selected non explosion-proof or explosion-proof components with a level lower than the overall machine requirements, such as limit switches, cable pulley rollers, etc.

The material does not meet the requirements: When the explosion-proof levels are IIC, IIIB, and IIIC, non sparking materials are not used to manufacture components such as wire rope derailment devices and track cleaners, or sparks cannot be prevented after material wear.

Brake system malfunction

Brake coil and rectifier module malfunction: The brake coil has a short circuit between turns due to overheating, and the rectifier module has burned out due to overcurrent or component quality issues.
