No load trial operation

Electrical system: Check whether the power cord, plug, and grounding are intact, and the sensitivity of buttons, travel switches, and limiters.
Mechanical components: Confirm that the steel wire rope is not bent, deformed, worn, or broken, the hook is securely fixed, and the brake, pulley, and drum are not damaged.
Safety device: Verify that the overload protector, emergency stop button, and fire stop limiter are functioning properly.

Lifting preparation: The goods should be securely tied, and the lifting point should pass through the center of gravity of the hoist to avoid overloading or diagonal pulling (the diagonal pulling angle should not exceed 30 °).
Operation control:
Adjust the height by pressing the lifting/lowering button and maintain a constant speed;
Press the left and right travel buttons to move horizontally, avoiding sudden acceleration or braking;
Prohibit pressing buttons in opposite directions simultaneously to prevent electrical conflicts.

Environment and Load Management
It is prohibited to use it in corrosive, flammable and explosive environments or under rated loads (such as closing more than 120 times per hour).

Operators must hold certificates and wear equipment such as safety helmets, anti slip shoes, and protective gloves.
It is prohibited to use diagonal braces or cranes, overload operation, or maintain equipment during operation.
Maintain a safe distance from surrounding obstacles and avoid working under suspended objects.

Sudden interruption: Immediately cut off the power and check if the power supply, fuse, controller, or motor is faulty.

5、 Environmental adaptability plan
Corrosive environment
Install waterproof and dustproof covers, strengthen ventilation equipment, and reduce the concentration of corrosive gases.
Regularly clean the surface of the equipment and apply rust proof oil.
High temperature or dangerous goods lifting
When lifting high-temperature metals, install two sets of height limiters and brakes to ensure safety redundancy.
