1、 Preparation stage before use

Security Inspection Plan

Hydraulic system inspection: Confirm that the hydraulic cylinder has no leaks, the hydraulic oil level is normal, and there are no impurities.

Structural component inspection: Check whether the fork is deformed or bent, and the surface should be flat without cracks; Check whether the wheels rotate flexibly and remove foreign objects from entanglement.

Safety device inspection: Ensure that components such as brakes and chains are not damaged or loose, and that safety pins, limit switches, and other functions are functioning properly.

Environmental Adaptability Plan

Clean up obstacles in the work area to ensure that the ground is flat and free of potholes.

When used in damp, dusty, or corrosive environments, take protective measures in advance (such as installing dust covers and applying rust proof oil).

2、 Operation and usage phase

Standardized operation process plan

Load control: Overloading is strictly prohibited, and the weight of goods must not exceed the rated load of the forklift; Avoid overloading and ensure that the center of gravity of the goods is located at the center of the fork.

Slope operation: It is strictly prohibited to freely slide or carry people on the slope; If necessary, the operator must not stand in front of the forklift to avoid losing control of inertia and hitting people.

Eye obstruction: If the goods obstruct the line of sight, command personnel or auxiliary tools such as mirrors need to be configured.

Adverse environment: When used in high, low, or humid environments, regularly check the viscosity of hydraulic oil and the performance of electrical systems.

3、 Post use maintenance phase

Cleaning and Maintenance Plan

Remove dirt, soil, and debris from the forklift, with a focus on cleaning the fork frame, slide, chain, and other parts.

Check the hydraulic oil level and replenish it promptly if it is insufficient; If the oil becomes dirty or contains impurities, it needs to be replaced with new oil.

Add lubricating grease to rotating components such as axles and bearings to reduce wear.

Component Inspection and Replacement Plan

Check whether the fork, frame, wheels and other components are deformed or cracked, and repair or replace them in a timely manner.

Check the tension of the chain to avoid excessive elongation; Check whether the guide wheel is damaged and ensure that the chain runs smoothly on the track.

4、 Regular professional maintenance phase

Graded maintenance plan

Daily maintenance: Check key components such as hydraulic oil, tires, and brakes before daily use.

First level maintenance: carried out every 50 hours of operation, including cleaning the hydraulic system, checking chain tension, etc.

Secondary maintenance: Every 200 hours of operation, including replacing hydraulic oil, checking seals, adjusting brake systems, etc.

Level 3 maintenance: Conducted every 600 working hours, including a comprehensive inspection of the hydraulic system, replacement of worn parts, testing of safety devices, etc.

Professional Maintenance Content Plan

Hydraulic system: Detect oil pressure, oil temperature, and oil circuit sealing, clean or replace filters.

Structural components: Inspect the welding points and stress concentration areas of components such as forks, frames, and wheels, and perform non-destructive testing (such as ultrasonic testing).

Safety devices: Test the sensitivity of braking systems, limit switches, safety pins, and other devices to ensure proper functionality.

Record and improvement plan

Establish equipment files to record the time, content, and replacement of parts for each maintenance.

Optimize usage habits or adjust maintenance cycles based on maintenance results to form a closed-loop management.
