1、 Structural framework materials
Body and frame
Q235 steel: The main material for forklift body and frame, belonging to ordinary carbon structural steel, with a yield strength of about 235MPa. It has excellent welding performance and is suitable for manufacturing structural components such as carriages, welding flanges, and various brackets. Q235 steel is inexpensive and easy to process, but requires surface treatment (such as painting, spraying) for rust prevention.
Low alloy high-strength steel: In automated equipment such as AGV forklifts, the frame is forged from low-alloy high-strength steel, which has a stronger load-bearing capacity under the same quality and meets the requirements of high-strength operations.
Roof protection frame and hood
Q235-A steel: a commonly used material for the roof protection frame (cab frame), with high strength and easy forming and welding. The protective structure is formed by assembling columns and reinforcing plates.
DC04 cold-rolled sheet: The hood (seat installation component) is stamped and formed from 1.2mm thick DC04 cold-rolled sheet, which has good ductility and surface quality.

Forks for goods
Sturdy Steel: Forks are the core loading and unloading components of forklifts, typically made of high-strength steel that can withstand heavy loads and facilitate the handling and lifting of goods.
Low alloy high-strength steel: In AGV forklifts, the forks are forged from low-alloy high-strength steel to enhance load-bearing capacity while reducing weight.
Gantry
Steel frame structure: The gantry is composed of parallel steel frames and sliding brackets that fix the forks, hinged on the front axle support body, and controlled by a hydraulic system to lift or lower the forks.
3、 Accessory materials

16Mn low-alloy steel: The main structure of the accessories (such as paper roll clamps and distance adjustment forks) is made of 16Mn low-alloy steel, which is heat treated to improve wear resistance. The key contact surfaces are carburized, and the surface hardness reaches HRC58-62.

Piston type hydraulic cylinder: providing a working pressure of 20-30MPa, compatible with the original hydraulic system of forklifts, achieving rapid replacement and precise control of attachments.
