Reliability verification of braking system
The wear of the brake friction plate is ≤ 25%, and there is no oil or foreign matter affecting the braking effect; The main spring is not loose or broken, and the locking nut is tightened; Adjust the brake clearance to 0.6-1.0mm, ensuring that the contact area between the brake band and the brake wheel is ≥ 75%.
Empty load test braking performance: When the operating handle is released, the chain should immediately lock without slipping; When the load is released, the brake needs to automatically lock under the weight of the load.
Confirmation of Structure and Connection Security
The load-bearing capacity of brackets, crossbeams, and hanging ropes is ≥ 4 times the rated load (safety factor 4:1); The bolts and rivets are not loose, and the welds are not cracked or deformed; The pulley anti slip groove device is effective, and the rope groove wear is ≤ 10%.
