1、 Load capacity matching

Weight selection:

Determine the required lifting weight based on the actual weight of the lifted materials (including additional weight such as packaging and lifting equipment) multiplied by a safety factor (usually taken as 1.2-1.5). For example, when lifting 3 tons of material, it is recommended to choose a 4-5 ton electric hoist.

Avoid overloading, otherwise it may cause safety hazards such as motor overheating and chain/wire rope breakage.

Lifting height and speed:
