Air supply pipeline for overhead traveling crane

The power supply of the overhead crane is achieved through a horizontal chain type air supply pipeline, and a guide groove is installed on the crossbeam to slide the chain inside the groove. 

The pipeline distribution and controller box are also placed in the guide slot.

 Usually, there are two types of chain type air supply pipes: one is the air supply pipe, which supplies power to the hoist motor and the walking car motor, and the other is the controller air pipe that controls the traveling crane. 

If it is under low headroom conditions, it is possible to choose to install the gas supply pipeline vertically, such as the chain type gas supply pipeline of the underhung crane.

The power supply of the overhead traveling crane is achieved through a longitudinal chain type air supply pipeline. 

The guide groove with a fixed bracket is installed on the lower crossbeam. 

If other sizes of lower crossbeams are used due to differences in bracket spacing, the guide groove can be installed on the upper crossbeam. 

The fixed bracket can be used for all steel beam sections (steel beam thickness is 7-40 mm, 0.28-1.57 feet). 

Generally, the lower chain gas supply pipeline contains a gas pipe that supplies power to the elevator motor and a controller gas pipe for the crane. 

In addition, other controller gas pipes and cables can also be installed in the chain gas supply pipeline. 

The main air pipe joint of the chain gas supply pipeline is located in the middle of the travel distance of the vehicle.

The power supply for the mounted walking trolley and traveling crane is achieved through a longitudinal chain gas supply pipeline. 

The C-shaped console guide groove with a fixed bracket is installed at the edge of the crossbeam. 

The dimensions of the C-shaped console refer to the dimensions of the crossbeam.
