1、 Common Fault Analysis

Hydraulic system malfunction

Forks cannot be raised to the highest or cannot be raised: This may be due to insufficient hydraulic oil, impurities in the hydraulic oil, improperly adjusted pressure relief valves, or air in the hydraulic oil.

The fork does not descend: it may be caused by deformation of the cylinder piston rod due to biased load, damage or deformation of parts due to biased load, or improper adjustment of the pressure relief valve.

Hydraulic system maintenance

Regularly check the hydraulic oil: ensure that the hydraulic oil is sufficient and clean, and replace severely polluted or deteriorated oil in a timely manner.

Remove air: If there is air in the hydraulic oil, it should be removed through specific operations (such as shifting the manual hydraulic forklift gear up and pressing the handle a few times).

Adjust the pressure relief valve: Check and adjust the pressure relief valve to ensure its normal operation and prevent hydraulic oil leakage.

Replace seals: For worn or damaged seals, new seals should be replaced promptly to ensure good sealing.

Mechanical component maintenance

Check the fork arm: Regularly check whether the fork arm is balanced, and for severely deformed pins, replace them with new ones in a timely manner; For slightly deformed shafts, the balance of the fork arms can be restored by adjusting the height of the wheels.
