Braking device: Test the sensitivity of the brake to ensure that the clearance between the brake block and the brake disc meets the standard (such as disc brake clearance ≤ 2mm), and the brake operating handle should retain 1/4 of the reserve stroke.

Wire rope: Check whether the winding is neat, whether the rope head is firmly fixed, and strictly prohibit the occurrence of broken strands, knots, or severe corrosion. Steel wire ropes need to be regularly coated with specialized grease to reduce wear and tear.

Electrical system: Confirm that the motor is well grounded, and all electrical switches and rotating parts are equipped with protective covers. Before starting, place the controller in zero position and use the safety brake to apply the brakes.

Start and Shift

Bolt tightening: Check daily whether the bolts, pins, shields, etc. in various parts are loose or detached, and promptly complete and tighten them.

Wire rope management: Check the wear of the wire rope daily, record data on broken wires and rust, and replace it immediately when it meets the scrap standard.

Regular maintenance

Braking system: Check the wear of brake wheels, brake discs, and brake shoes every month, and adjust the clearance between brake blocks to the specified value. Test the reliability of the action of the insurance brake to ensure that the braking time meets safety standards.

Gearbox: Check the gear meshing every quarter, replace deteriorated or precipitated lubricating oil, clean the oil tank and filter.

Electrical system: Check the insulation performance of the motor every six months and test the sensitivity of safety devices such as over winding protection, over speed protection, and loose rope protection.

Brake shoe: When the thickness of the brake shoe wears down to 5mm, it needs to be replaced and the "O" - shaped sealing ring should be checked for damage.

Disc spring: Check its fatigue level and replace the spring that opens under low pressure every year of use or after 5 × 10 ⁵ actions.
