Braking device: Test the sensitivity of the brake to ensure that the clearance between the brake block and the brake disc meets the standard (such as disc brake clearance ≤ 2mm). The brake operating handle should retain 1/4 of the reserve travel to prevent brake failure.

Wire rope: Check whether the winding is neat and whether the rope head is firmly fixed. The steel wire rope needs to be regularly coated with special grease to reduce wear. If broken strands, knots, or rust exceed the technical specifications, they should be replaced immediately.
