1、 Power on preparation
Read the instruction manual: Before operating the emulsifier, be sure to carefully read its manual to understand the various functions, operating specifications, and safety precautions of the equipment.
Check the equipment: Check whether all components of the emulsifier, including the emulsifier head, knife, mesh plate, sleeve, etc., are intact to ensure that they are not damaged or missing.
Assembly components: According to the instructions, assemble the knife, mesh plate, sleeve and other components in order, and ensure that the two display points are level when assembling the knife.
Close the discharge door: After assembly, close and clamp the discharge door of the emulsifier to ensure safety during operation.
2、 Start running

Put in raw materials: When the emulsifier display panel shows a Standby post, it indicates that the machine is ready to receive the raw materials. At this point, raw materials can be fed into the hopper.
Start the machine: Press the "I" key to start the machine, and the emulsifier will start working. According to production needs, the speed of the emulsifier can be adjusted.
3、 Operation monitoring and adjustment
Observing the operating status: During the operation of the emulsifier, it is necessary to closely observe its operating status, including parameters such as speed and current, to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
Adjusting parameters: Based on the emulsification effect, the speed of the emulsifier and the opening of the inlet and outlet valves can be adjusted appropriately to achieve the best emulsification effect.
4、 Shutdown cleaning
Shutdown operation: When there is no raw material in the hopper, press the "0" key to stop the machine. Avoid starting the machine when there are no internal materials to prevent damage to the knife and mesh board.
Inject clean water: After production is complete, press the function key once to make the display panel show cleaning posting. At this point, you can inject clean water into the hopper and press the "I" key to remove the excess raw materials from the pipeline.
Remove components: Press the function key again to make the emulsifier display panel show service point. At this point, the discharge door can be opened to remove components such as the discharge pipe, knife, mesh plate, and sleeve.
Cleaning equipment: Clean the emulsifying machine, emulsifying head, container and other components to ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the equipment.
Turn off power: After cleaning, turn off the main power of the emulsifier to ensure that the equipment is in a power-off state.
5、 Maintenance and upkeep
Regular lubrication: Regularly lubricate the bearings and other moving parts of the emulsifier to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
Replace vulnerable parts: Regularly replace vulnerable parts of the emulsifier, such as seals, bearings, etc., to prevent equipment failure.
