How to do a good job in maintenance of emulsion crane hoist

To effectively maintain the emulsifying hoist (if referring to emulsifying or crane equipment, a general maintenance plan is provided below), it is necessary to systematically promote from five aspects: daily cleaning, lubrication maintenance, system inspection, safety protection, and fault handling:

1、 Daily cleaning and corrosion prevention

External cleaning

Clean the surface dirt of the equipment after each use to prevent impurities from entering the electrical or hydraulic system.

Focus on cleaning electrical control boxes, frequency converters, and other components to avoid dust accumulation leading to poor heat dissipation or short circuits.

Internal cleaning

Regularly clean the hydraulic system oil circuit, radiator, and filter element to prevent system failure caused by oil contamination.

Check whether the rotor of the vacuum system (such as water ring vacuum pump) is stuck, clean up debris to ensure smooth operation.

2、 Lubrication and sealing maintenance

Lubrication of transmission components

Regularly add lubricating grease (such as 3 # calcium based grease) to the rotating bearing, drive gear, bearings, and other parts according to the manual, and lubricate the raceway every 100 hours.

Check the viscosity and acidity of the lubricating oil, and replace it in advance when frequently used to avoid wear caused by deteriorating oil quality.

Sealing system inspection

Regularly replace the dynamic and static rings of the mechanical seal, and check whether the cooling system of the double end mechanical seal has failed.

Select materials for skeleton sealing based on material characteristics and replace them periodically to prevent leakage.

3、 System status monitoring

Hydraulic system maintenance

Check the hydraulic oil level and cleanliness daily, replace the hydraulic oil every 2000 hours or annually, and prioritize using oil with high wear resistance.

Monitor abnormal oil temperature, troubleshoot radiator or pump valve faults, and prevent system leakage caused by oil deterioration.

Electrical system inspection

Regularly check the insulation of the circuit, the cleanliness of sensor contacts, and the software version of the controller to avoid program errors that may lead to misoperation.

Strengthen waterproof treatment of power lines during the rainy season to prevent short circuits.

Maintenance of Steel Wire Rope and Hook

Check the diameter wear of the steel wire rope according to GB/T5972 standard (replace when it exceeds 7% or when there are concentrated broken wires), lubrication status, and pulley groove wear depth (replace when it exceeds 20% of the steel wire rope diameter).

Check the deformation of the hook opening (replace it if it exceeds the original size by 15%) and the flexibility of rotation.

4、 Safety protection and operating standards

Verification of safety devices

Test the sensitivity of overload protection, limit switches, anemometers and other devices daily to confirm that the dashboard indicator lights and alarm functions are normal.

Equip fire extinguishers to prevent equipment from catching fire due to direct sunlight exposure.

Operating Specifications

Avoid long-term overloading operations to prevent engine deceleration or hydraulic system overheating.

Ensure proper lubrication before starting, unload the load and reduce the speed before stopping.

5、 Fault handling and deep maintenance

Common troubleshooting

Engine RPM Decrease: Check for wear on fuel filter, air filter, turbocharger, and cylinder liner components.

Slow working speed: Check circuit fuses, pilot pressure, servo valve jamming, and hydraulic pump regulation system.

Insufficient vacuum degree: Check for aging of seals, oil level of vacuum pump, and pipeline leaks.

Periodic deep maintenance

Monthly maintenance: Clean the radiator and filter element, add lubricating grease, and check the battery electrolyte.

Quarterly maintenance: replace hydraulic oil filter element, calibrate torque limiter, and test electrical circuit insulation.

Annual overhaul: Disassemble key components (such as reducers and hoisting mechanisms), replace worn bearings and gears, and conduct non-destructive testing.
