Cleaning the radiator: Clean the dust on the surface of the hydraulic oil radiator to prevent poor heat dissipation from causing high oil temperature.
Check the oil pipe: Check whether the hydraulic oil pipe is worn or aged to avoid the risk of pipe bursting.
Mid term maintenance (every 500 hours or half a year)
Replace filter element: Replace the hydraulic oil coarse and fine filter elements, filter impurities, and protect the system cleanliness.
Oil detection: Check the viscosity and color of hydraulic oil, and clean the sediment at the bottom of the oil tank if necessary.
Long term maintenance (every 1000 hours or one year)

Prevent water and air from entering
Moisture control: When the oil storage tank is not in use, tighten the lid and place it upside down to avoid water mixing during maintenance. When the hydraulic oil has a high water content, it needs to be filtered multiple times.
Air removal: Excessive air content in hydraulic oil can cause cavitation and noise, and air needs to be discharged through exhaust valves or repeated operations.
Reasonable selection of hydraulic oil
According to the instructions, select hydraulic oil. In special circumstances where substitution is required, ensure that the substitute oil is similar to the original grade to avoid a decrease in durability.
Prevent impurities from entering
The precision components of the hydraulic system are easily blocked or pulled by impurities, so it is necessary to keep the oil clean. Use a specialized filtering device when replacing hydraulic oil to prevent impurities from entering.
4、 Operation standard: Reduce human damage
Gentle homework
Avoid rough handling that generates impact loads, prevent mechanical structure breakage, hydraulic component damage, or oil pipe rupture.
temperature control
The working temperature of the hydraulic system should be controlled between 30 ℃ and 80 ℃. Excessive oil temperature can reduce lubrication performance and accelerate oil oxidation, requiring temperature control through a radiator or shutdown cooling.
Winter preheating
Under low temperature conditions, operate without load for 5-10 minutes, preheat the hydraulic system before starting work to avoid damage to the seals.
5、 Emergency response: Quickly respond to faults
Hydraulic pump does not deliver oil
Reason: Power not connected, pump shaft reversing, low oil tank level, etc.
Solution: Check the power supply, adjust the motor direction, and add oil to the oil level line.
Slow or weak lifting of the main hydraulic cylinder
Reason: Insufficient hydraulic pump oil volume and low oil pressure.
Solution: Check the output of the hydraulic pump and clean the suction port filter.
Abnormal noise or vibration
Reason: Hydraulic pump cavitation and loose components.
