Different brands and models of forklifts may have different methods for setting speed limiters. The following are common setting steps and key points:

Working time setting of throttle controller

Default state: The working time of electronic throttle is usually 0 seconds, and the working time of cable throttle is usually 3 seconds. To avoid the cable throttle controller getting stuck or stopping working, the working time of the cable throttle controller must be set to 3 seconds.

Setting steps:

Adjust with the remote control when the display screen shows 0000 status.

The key sequence is "++- Confirm" and must be completed within 3 seconds (counting from the first press of the "+" key).

The adjustable range of work values is 0-10 seconds.

After completing the settings, you can long press the "OK" button for 2 seconds to save the data, or you can make it automatically save after a timeout of 5 seconds.

Speed limit buffer time setting

Setting steps:

Press the "time" button for 3 seconds to enter the buffer time setting, and the display screen will show "LC --" ("Lc" indicates that the current state is the buffer time setting, and the last two digits are the buffer time, in seconds).

At this point, the time can be set using the "+" and "-" keys, with a speed buffer time range of 1-99 seconds.

After setting the time, press and hold the "confirm" button for 2 seconds to complete and exit the time setting.

Lock time setting

Scenario setting: When the forklift continues to exceed the speed limit within the set time, the forklift alarm will continuously emit a series of alarm sounds until unlocking stops the alarm. At this point, the lock time can be set.

Setting steps:

Long press a specific key (such as the "3" key) on the remote control for one second (if it exceeds two seconds, it will automatically exit the setting state) to enter the lock time setting. The digital display shows "LC00", and the speaker emits a "beep" sound to prompt the sound effect. "LC" indicates that the current state is the lock time setting, and the last two digits are the lock time, measured in seconds.

Press the increase button (such as the "1" button) and decrease button (such as the "2" button) on the remote control to set the specific alarm lock time by increasing or decreasing, with a time range of 1-99 seconds. "--" is the unlock time setting.
