1、 Hydraulic system malfunction
Wrong rotation direction of oil pump
Phenomenon: After the oil pump is started, the main oil pressure cannot be established or cannot reach the required oil pressure.
Reason: Motor reversal or oil pump wiring error.
Solution: Correct the rotation direction of the pump (clockwise direction is positive when viewed from the rear of the motor), check the electrical wiring, and troubleshoot the oil pump.
Hydraulic oil contamination or leakage
Phenomenon: Unstable oil pressure, system oil leakage, or high oil temperature.
Reason: Air and impurities are mixed in the hydraulic oil, or the seals are aging and the pipeline connections are loose.

Remove air from the hydraulic system (such as venting through an exhaust valve).
Clean hydraulic pipelines, filters, and valve cores, and replace contaminated hydraulic oil.
Check and tighten the pipeline connections, replace damaged seals (such as O-rings).
Overflow valve or electromagnetic directional valve malfunction
Phenomenon: The oil pressure value cannot be guaranteed, the residual pressure is too high, or the pressure holding performance is poor.
Reason: The valve core is stuck, blocked by dirt, or the throttle hole is too large.
resolvent:
Disassemble and clean the overflow valve and electromagnetic directional valve to ensure flexible movement of the valve core.
Adjust the diameter of the overflow valve orifice or replace the dirty valve core.
Check if the opening of the one-way throttle cut-off valve is too large and adjust it to the appropriate throttle state.
Abnormal oil temperature
Phenomenon: Excessive oil temperature can lead to a decrease in system efficiency or damage to components.
Reason: High viscosity of hydraulic oil, poor heat dissipation, or long-term overload operation.
resolvent:
Control the oil temperature within 65 ℃ and install cooling devices if necessary.
Replace the hydraulic oil with a suitable viscosity (such as anti-wear hydraulic oil No. 46).
2、 Electrical system malfunction
Motor failure
Phenomenon: The device does not respond or operates abnormally after being powered on.
Reason: Motor damage, loose wiring, or power failure.
Solution: Check if the motor wiring is secure, test the motor insulation performance, and repair or replace the motor if necessary.
Abnormal signal in the electronic control system
Phenomenon: The device cannot act according to instructions or its actions are unstable.
Reason: Sensor malfunction, control circuit short circuit, or PLC program error.

Check if the sensor signal is normal, calibrate or replace the faulty sensor.
Check the connection of the control circuit and repair any short or open circuit issues.
Re upload or debug the PLC program to ensure logical correctness.
3、 Mechanical component failure
Poor sealing of hydraulic cylinder
Phenomenon: Hydraulic cylinder oil leakage, weak lifting or jamming.
Reason: Aging of the sealing ring, scratches on the piston rod, or wear on the inner wall of the hydraulic cylinder.
Solution: Replace the sealing ring of the hydraulic cylinder, repair or replace the piston rod and hydraulic cylinder.
Chain or guide wheel malfunction
Phenomenon: There is abnormal noise, loose chain or stuck guide wheel during equipment operation.
Reason: The chain lacks lubrication, the guide wheel is worn, or the installation position is offset.
resolvent:
Add lubricating oil and adjust the tightness of the chain (by tightening the screw).
Replace the worn guide wheel and adjust the gap between it and the column.
Loose fixing bolts of the equipment
Phenomenon: Unstable operation, vibration or abnormal noise of the equipment.
Reason: Long term use causes bolts to loosen.
Solution: Regularly check and tighten all fixing bolts, screws, and other components.
4、 Operation and maintenance issues
overload operation
Phenomenon: The equipment is unable to lift or suddenly stops.
Reason: The lifting weight exceeds the rated load.
Solution: Check the lifting weight to ensure it is used within the rated load range.
Hydraulic oil solidification or insufficient
Phenomenon: The device cannot start or operates slowly.
Reason: Low temperature causes hydraulic oil to solidify, or insufficient oil in the tank.
resolvent:
Release the solidified hydraulic oil and refill with qualified hydraulic oil.
Check the fuel level in the tank and replenish it to the specified level.
Improper maintenance
Phenomenon: Frequent equipment failures and shortened service life.
Reason: Failure to regularly replace hydraulic oil, clean filter elements, or inspect seals.
resolvent:
Perform routine maintenance every three months, checking safety devices, hydraulic systems, and lubrication conditions.
Replace the hydraulic oil once a year (after the first three months of use) and clean the oil tank and filter element.
