2、 Operation steps

Suppression and Enhancement

Press down the control handle to the lowest position, lightly press the direction handle to slowly raise the fork.

Overloading is strictly prohibited: The weight of the goods must not exceed the rated load capacity of the forklift (usually marked on the frame).

Dragging goods

After the fork is off the ground, adjust the handle to the center position and slowly drag the cargo (speed ≤ 3 km/h).

Smooth operation: Avoid sudden acceleration or sharp turns, and slow down when turning.

Unloading and Placement

After arriving at the destination, move the handle up to the highest position to smoothly lower the fork to the ground.

No high-altitude throwing: It is strictly prohibited to throw goods directly onto forklifts from a height.

Empty vehicle operation

When the vehicle is empty, press and lift the fork appropriately to avoid wear and tear on the front axle support frame from contact with the ground.

3、 Safety precautions

Single person operation principle

Only one person is allowed to operate, and when multiple people collaborate, a designated commander must be designated to coordinate.

Load limit

Overloading, unbalanced loading, or single fork operation are prohibited, ensuring that the center of gravity of the goods is located at the center of the fork.

The length of the fork should be greater than or equal to the length of the pallet to prevent the goods from tipping over.

Do not operate on slopes: If it is necessary to use on slopes, the operator must stand on the side of the forklift to avoid losing control of inertia.

4、 Maintenance and upkeep

Routine maintenance

Cleaning inspection: Remove foreign objects from the wheels after each use and check the hydraulic oil level.

Lubrication and maintenance: Add lubricating oil to the axle, bearings, and other parts every month.

Storage standard: When unloaded, lower the fork to the lowest position and store it in a designated dry and ventilated area.

Regular maintenance (every 6 months)

Hydraulic system: Check the oil level, replace aging seals, and eliminate air (method: turn the handle to the down position and empty it several times).

Wheel: Check for wear and replace damaged wheels to ensure flexible rotation.

Structural components: Check for cracks or deformations in the frame and forks, and promptly repair or replace them.

Fault handling

Forks descending on their own: It may be due to hydraulic oil leakage or damaged seals, and the seals need to be replaced and hydraulic oil needs to be replenished.
