1、 Power section

Hydraulic pump: The power source of manual hydraulic forklifts, usually a manually operated plunger pump or gear pump. When the staff holds the handle and rhythmically moves up and down, the movement of the handle drives the plunger or gear inside the pump to operate, converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy (i.e. pressure energy of the oil).

2、 Execution section

Hydraulic cylinder: a key executing component for forklift operations. When the high-pressure oil output by the hydraulic pump is injected into the hydraulic cylinder, the pressure of the oil pushes the piston to make linear motion in the cylinder, converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy. The piston is connected to the chain through the piston rod, and the chain drives the fork to rise or fall, completing the lifting and lowering actions of the cargo.

3、 Control section

Pressure control valve: regulates system pressure to prevent overload damage to components.

Flow control valve: controls the flow rate of the oil, thereby controlling the lifting speed of the fork.

Directional control valve: determines the direction of oil flow, controls the rise and fall of the fork, and maintains a stationary state.

4、 Auxiliary section

Pipeline: Accurately deliver hydraulic oil to various required parts, just like the blood vessels of the human body.

Oil tank: Reserve sufficient hydraulic oil for the entire system, like an energy storage reservoir.

Filter: Filter out impurities and pollutants in the oil, ensure the cleanliness of the oil, and enable the system to operate smoothly.
