1、 Installation and debugging phase
Selection and installation of explosion-proof electrical components
Core requirement: Select explosion-proof electrical components that are suitable for explosive environment hazard levels (such as IIA, IIB, IIC), such as explosion-proof motors, increased safety power switches, etc.
Operation points:

Operators need to receive professional training and be familiar with the start-up, operation, and shutdown processes of explosion-proof hoists.
Avoid frequent start stop or sudden braking to reduce mechanical impact and inertia force.
Environmental monitoring and maintenance
Core requirement: Real time monitoring of the operating environment to prevent excessive concentration of explosive mixtures.
Operation points:
In flammable and explosive places, ensure good ventilation and reduce the concentration of explosive gases or dust.
Regularly clean the surface dust and oil stains of the equipment to prevent impurities from entering the pneumatic or electrical system.
Check the tightness of the explosion-proof shell bolts and the cleanliness of the explosion-proof surface to prevent explosion-proof failure caused by looseness or corrosion.
EXCEPTION
Core requirement: Timely detection and handling of abnormal phenomena to avoid the expansion of faults.
Operation points:
If slow movement, air leakage or abnormal noise is found, immediately stop the machine for inspection, and check for gas source pressure, seal or mechanical component faults.
Regularly inspect protective devices such as limit switches and safety valves to ensure accurate positioning, flexible and reliable operation.
3、 Regular maintenance phase
Electrical system maintenance
Core requirement: Ensure stable explosion-proof performance of electrical components and prevent arc, spark or overheating phenomena.
Operation points:
Check if the wires are damaged and replace aged or worn cables in a timely manner.
Verify the sensitivity of devices such as leakage protectors and explosion-proof limit switches to ensure their reliable operation.
Clean and anti-corrosion treat components such as explosion-proof solenoid valves and contactors to extend their service life.
Lubrication and replacement of mechanical components
Core requirement: Reduce mechanical wear and prevent the generation of friction sparks.
Operation points:
Regularly lubricate moving parts such as cylinders, pistons, chains, and gears, and replace severely worn seals or bearings.
Check the wear, breakage, and corrosion of the steel wire rope, and replace any steel wire rope that does not meet the standards in a timely manner.
Adjust the brake clearance to ensure reliable braking performance and prevent sparks from friction between the brake wheel and brake shoe.
Pneumatic system pressure calibration

4、 Long term shutdown and restart phase
Handling before long-term discontinuation

Operation points:
Thoroughly clean the gourd to remove surface oil stains and impurities.
Apply rust proof grease to key components such as cylinders and chains to prevent rusting.
Cut off the power and gas supply, and move the gourd to a dry and ventilated storage area.
Inspection and testing before restart
Core requirement: Ensure that the device can operate safely and stably after restarting.
Operation points:
Check the insulation performance of the electrical system to ensure that there are no short circuits or leakage phenomena.
Perform pressure testing on the pneumatic system, identify leakage points, and repair them.
