When evaluating the quality of hydraulic winches, it is important to focus on five core issues: sealing, pressure stability, operational reliability, noise and vibration levels, and oil management. The specific analysis is as follows:

1、 Sealing issues: oil leakage hazards and root causes

Seal aging

Rubber sealing rings are prone to loss of elasticity and oil leakage due to long-term alternating heating and cooling or improper installation. For example, after the sealing ring breaks, the engine needs to be disassembled to replace the oil seal, but traditional methods are costly and time-consuming.

Solution: Choose high temperature resistant and wear-resistant polyurethane or fluororubber seals, apply lubricating oil during installation to reduce friction damage, and regularly check whether the pipeline connections are loose or have micro cracks.

System pressure imbalance

Excessive pressure can force hydraulic oil to leak from vulnerable points. For example, exceeding the set pressure of the overflow valve can cause excessive stress load on the pipeline and seals.

Solution: Control the system pressure within the design range by adjusting the overflow valve, and regularly check the performance of the pressure valve to ensure its normal working condition.

2、 Pressure stability issue: fluctuation and regulation failure

The pressure does not meet the requirements

The decrease in hydraulic pump efficiency or oil contamination can lead to insufficient system pressure, affecting the lifting capacity of the winch.

Solution: Choose high-quality hydraulic oil compatible with the equipment, regularly replace contaminated oil, and clean residual impurities in the system.

Blue smoke from the motor, excessive clearance between the piston and cylinder liner, or incorrect installation direction of the piston ring assembly can all lead to startup failure.

Solution: Repair or replace the piston and cylinder liner, check the installation direction of the piston ring assembly, and ensure that the oil level in the oil pan is appropriate.

Abnormal execution component speed

The speed significantly decreases under load, possibly due to changes in hydraulic oil viscosity with temperature or failure of the balance valve.

Solution: Install a balance valve to stabilize the winch speed, and use hydraulic oil with high viscosity index to reduce temperature effects.

4、 Noise and Vibration Issues: Root Causes and Control

Hydraulic system noise

When the hydraulic valve switches, it produces a "clanking" or "buzzing" sound, and the complex structure of the hydraulic pump leads to significant working noise.

Solution: Choose low-noise hydraulic pumps and valves, and add mufflers in the hydraulic circuit.

Damaged gearbox gears, jammed bearings, or loose connecting screws can cause vibration.

Solution: Regularly check the wear of gears and bearings, tighten the connecting screws, and replace damaged parts.

5、 Oil Management Issues: Pollution and Temperature Effects

Dust and metal debris mixed into hydraulic oil can accelerate component wear, leading to a decrease in system performance.

Solution: Install high-efficiency filters (such as RFA series defoaming oil return filter, LF series high-pressure filter) and regularly replace the filter element.

Oil temperature too high

A decrease in hydraulic oil viscosity can lead to increased leakage and shortened component life.

Solution: Optimize the design of the cooling system, increase the capacity of the cooler, and avoid long-term high load operation.
