Insufficient Lifting Capacity

Causes:

Excessive wear on the piston ring of the pneumatic motor, leading to increased gas leakage.

Inadequate intake air pressure.

Improper installation of the air supply line, resulting in insufficient airflow and pressure loss.

Solutions:

Replace the worn piston ring.

Increase the intake air pressure.

Install the air supply line according to specifications.

Difficulty in Starting and Operating

Causes:

Dirty assembly of the piston, connecting rod, and housing after repair.

Failure to engage the clutch.

Solutions:

Disassemble the pneumatic motor, clean it thoroughly, and reassemble it.

Engage the clutch by operating the clutch handle.

Abnormal Knocking Sounds During Operation

Causes:

Excessive wear on the connecting rod small end and big end, leading to increased clearance.

Excessive wear on the rolling bearing of the crankshaft, resulting in increased clearance.

Solutions:

Replace the piston pin, crankshaft copper sleeve, and ring.

Replace the crankshaft rolling bearing.

Brake System Failure

Causes:

Loose brake band.

Solutions:

Adjust the movable end bolt to tighten the brake band.

Oil Leakage from the Internal Gear Ring

Causes:

Severe damage to the oil seal ring of the spline shaft.

Solutions:

Replace the damaged oil seal ring.

Overheating of the Pneumatic Motor

Causes:

Prolonged overloading.

Insufficient or deteriorated lubricating oil.

Solutions:

Reduce the load appropriately.

Add or replace the lubricating oil.

Abnormal Heating at the Clutch End Cover

Causes:

Insufficient or deteriorated grease.

Add or replace the grease.
