1、 Action malfunction
Abnormal startup
Performance: The motor emits blue smoke and cannot start.
Cause: Excessive clearance between piston cylinder liner, incorrect or ineffective installation direction of piston ring group, worn valve guide, oil entering cylinder, excessive oil in oil pan, etc.
Impact: This can lead to startup failure and even cause persistent problems with the piston and cylinder liner not being properly run in.
Abnormal execution component speed
Slow speed or inability to operate: hydraulic pump efficiency decreases, oil contamination, insufficient system pressure, or valve failure.
Significant decrease in speed under load: hydraulic oil viscosity changes with temperature, balance valve failure, or insufficient oil replenishment, resulting in motor suction or uncontrolled load sliding.
Heavy objects lose control and rapidly descend: The hydraulic motor oil distribution plate is damaged or the balance valve control piston is stuck, causing the heavy object to fall freely and pose a serious safety hazard.
2、 Pressure malfunction
The pressure does not meet the requirements
Performance: The execution component is weak and unable to complete the rated load operation.
Cause: Wear of hydraulic pump, low set pressure of relief valve, system leakage or blockage.
Impact: Insufficient system pressure leads to a decrease in equipment performance.
Unstable pressure or malfunctioning regulation
Performance: Pressure fluctuations or inability to regulate.
Cause: Decreased performance of pressure valve, system pressure fluctuations, or loose closure of main valve core.
Impact: Pressure oil leakage leads to unstable operation of the executing components.

3、 Noise and vibration
Hydraulic system noise
Performance: Hydraulic valve switching produces a "clanking" or "buzzing" sound, and the working noise of the hydraulic pump is obvious.
Cause: Hydraulic valve jamming, unstable throttle port, or complex hydraulic pump structure.
Solution: Choose low-noise hydraulic pumps and valves, and add mufflers.

Performance: Periodic or non periodic vibrations occur during equipment operation.
Cause: Damaged gearbox gears, jammed bearings, loose connecting screws, or damaged sealing rings.
Impact: Vibration exacerbates component wear and even causes structural damage.
4、 Oil temperature too high
Performance: The oil temperature exceeds the safe range (usually above 60 ℃).
Cause: The decrease in hydraulic oil viscosity leads to an increase in leakage and a decrease in system efficiency; Cooling system malfunction or high ambient temperature.
Impact: Excessive oil temperature can accelerate oil oxidation, shorten seal life, and even cause hydraulic components to jam.
5、 Oil contamination
Performance: Solid particles, water, air, or harmful chemicals mixed into the oil.
Cause:
New oil pollution: impurities mixed in during transportation and storage.
Component replacement contamination: residual metal cutting, welding slag, etc. during component processing and assembly.
System operation pollution: debris generated by component wear, rust and peeling of pipelines, or products of oil oxidation and decomposition.
External invasion pollution: impurities are mixed in through the box respirator, oil seal, or maintenance process.
Impact: Contaminated oil can accelerate the wear of hydraulic components, leading to valve jamming, seal damage, or unstable system pressure. According to statistics, 70% -80% of hydraulic system failures are caused by oil contamination.
