1、 Safety operation standards
Operator Qualification
Operators must undergo professional training and obtain qualification certificates before taking up their posts.
Before operation, it is necessary to be familiar with the working principle, operation method, and maintenance knowledge of the equipment, and strictly follow the operating procedures.
Pre-operation inspection
Equipment inspection: Check whether all components of the winch (such as pressure column, parts, brake handle, signal device) are complete, sensitive and reliable.
Wire rope inspection: Confirm that the main rope and safety rope are intact and undamaged, the hook head needs to be fixed with a heart-shaped ring, the rope head clip should be no less than 3, and the deformation of the wire rope clip should reach 1/10.
Safety device inspection: Safety devices such as guardrails and barriers must be agile and reliable, and the mine car latch must use a dedicated latch.
Requirements in homework
Signal specification: Strictly use electric bell signals (one stop, two lift, three release), and prohibit the use of shouting or flashing lights as substitutes.

2、 Equipment performance requirements
Structure and Materials
The spindle and drum shall not have defects that reduce their mechanical and operational performance.
All exposed rotating parts (except for drums and brakes) must be equipped with protective devices to prevent accidental contact.
Security protection design
The height of the edge of the drum above the outermost layer of the steel wire rope should be at least 2.5 times the diameter of the steel wire rope to prevent it from coming out.
The wire rope head should be fixed on the drum and equipped with a special rope holding or clamping device. It is prohibited to tie it to the drum shaft.
The operating position should have good visibility and not pose a danger to personnel.
Braking and self-locking
The winch needs to be equipped with a working brake and a safety brake. The brake should be sensitive and reliable, and the contact area of the brake shoe (belt) should meet the standard requirements.
The worm should be self-locking to prevent the wire rope from loosening.
Noise and temperature rise
The winch noise should not exceed 85dB (A) to reduce hearing damage to operators.
In the deceleration device, the temperature rise of the bearings should not exceed 40 ℃, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃, and the oil tank temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.
3、 Inspection and testing standards
Factory Inspection
Appearance quality: The winch should be designed with the motor shaft arranged vertically with the drum shaft, and equipped with a manual mechanism.
Air run test: The winch runs in both forward and reverse directions for 30 minutes each, checking for smooth operation and sealing.
Load test: Load gradually at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% rated load, and run for at least 30 minutes at each level to check whether the maximum tension, full load power, wire rope speed, and other indicators meet the standards.
type test
Inspection conditions: New product trial production, old product transfer production, significant changes in structural materials and processes, normal production every three years, type inspection is required when resuming production after a three-year shutdown.
Inspection items: including all contents of factory inspection, and adding overload test (110% of rated load) to inspect whether there are cracks, permanent deformation and other abnormal phenomena in various parts of the winch.
periodic inspection
Establish a regular inspection system, conduct inspections in accordance with standards such as ANSI/ASME B30.7, and record the inspection results.
