The hook has no cracks or deformations, and the anti decoupling device is effective.

The pulley rotates flexibly without any jamming or excessive wear.

Braking system: Test the sensitivity of the brake to ensure that there is no slippage when the heavy object is hovering.

Limit device: Check if the up/down limit and travel limit are reliable.

Alarm device: Confirm that the sound and light alarm signals are clear and the emergency stop button function is normal.

Electrical system inspection

Confirm that the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the equipment, and that the cables are not damaged or aged.

When lifting or approaching the rated load for the first time, try lifting it to a height of 20-50 centimeters above the ground and stop to check:

Personnel and Command

Operators need to hold certificates and be familiar with equipment performance and operating procedures.

Gradually accelerating

The controller handle slowly starts from the "zero position" to avoid sudden acceleration causing impact loads.

Maintain a constant speed during operation, and prohibit sudden stops or frequent directional changes.

Load limit

Overloading operations are strictly prohibited, and the load should not exceed 90% of the rated lifting capacity (when lifting two machines, the load should be evenly distributed, and the total load should not exceed 75% of the rated sum of the two machines).

Avoid inclined pulling and hanging to prevent the steel wire rope from slipping out of the groove or the equipment from overturning.

Avoidance and Warning

Closely observe the surrounding environment during operation, avoid obstacles and personnel.

No one is allowed to stay or pass under the suspended object, and the lifting height must be at least 0.5 meters higher than the ground equipment.

4、 Special working condition handling

Working in harsh environments

In case of strong wind above level 6, rainstorm or thunder and lightning during open air operation, stop the operation immediately and take wind prevention measures (such as rail clamp and anchoring device).

Check the viscosity of lubricating oil and the performance of electrical components in high or low temperature environments.

Emergency response to malfunction

If there is a malfunction or power outage during operation, immediately lower the heavy object to a safe location, cut off the power supply, and hang a warning sign.

It is prohibited to repair equipment under load, and maintenance must be carried out according to regulations after unloading.

5、 Post operation maintenance

Shutdown specifications

After completing the homework, raise the hook to a position close to the upper limit, reset the controller to zero, and cut off the power supply.

Lock the operating room door, clamp the rail clamp or take windproof measures.

Regularly lubricate moving parts, clean up dust and oil stains.
