1、 Equipment type

Hydraulic forklifts can be divided into two categories based on their power source and functional characteristics: manual hydraulic forklifts and electric hydraulic forklifts. Each category is further subdivided into multiple models:

Manual hydraulic forklift

High lift manual hydraulic forklift: suitable for loading and unloading vehicles, as well as loading and unloading flammable, explosive, and prohibited items in workshops, warehouses, docks, stations, freight yards, and other places. It does not generate sparks or electromagnetic fields, and has the characteristics of lifting balance, flexible rotation, and easy operation.

Hydraulic manual lift truck: used for short distance cargo handling and stacking, with a compact structure and simple operation.

TF type hydraulic lifting platform: suitable for cargo lifting and loading/unloading, can be used in conjunction with forklifts or other handling equipment.

COT type drum loading and unloading truck: designed specifically for drum cargo, capable of tilting, handling, and stacking drums.

Electric hydraulic forklift

Electric pallet truck: with a carrying capacity of 1.6~3.0 tons, the width of the operating channel is generally 2.3~2.8 meters, and the lifting height of the fork is generally around 210mm. There are three types of operation modes: walking, station driving, and sitting driving. Electric walking, hydraulic lifting, light weight, low body height, light operation, and wide field of view. The large capacity traction battery ensures long-term operation.

Fully electric pallet stacker: Both driving and lifting are electrically controlled, with a carrying capacity of 1.0-2.5 tons. The width of the operating channel is generally 2.3-2.8 meters, and the lifting height of the forks is generally within 4.8 meters. Structurally, it has an additional gantry compared to electric pallet handling forklifts, mainly used for stacking and loading/unloading goods in warehouses.

Forward moving forklift: with a carrying capacity of 1.0~2.5 tons, the gantry can be moved forward or retracted as a whole. When retracted, the width of the operating channel is generally 2.7~3.2 meters, and the lifting height can reach up to about 11 meters. It is commonly used for stacking and picking up goods at medium and high heights in warehouses.

Electric picking forklift: According to the height of picking goods, it can be divided into low level picking forklift (within 2.5 meters) and medium high level picking forklift (up to 10 meters), with a carrying capacity of 0-1.2 tons (medium high level, with cab lift), suitable for order picking operations.

Three way stacking forklift: divided into two types: low position driving and high position driving. The aisle width of the low-level driving three-way stacking forklift is 1.5-2.0 meters, and the lifting height can reach 12 meters. The cab is always on the ground and cannot be lifted; The width of the aisle for the high-level driving three-way stacker forklift is 1.5-2.0 meters, and the lifting height can reach 14.5 meters. The cab can be raised, and the driver can clearly observe goods at any height and also perform picking operations. The high-level driving three-way stacking forklift is superior in efficiency and performance to the low-level driving three-way stacking forklift, and has gradually replaced the latter.

2、 Working principle

Hydraulic forklifts achieve power transmission and motion control through hydraulic systems, and their working principle can be divided into the following four steps:

Power transmission: The engine or electric motor drives the hydraulic pump, converting mechanical energy into pressure energy of hydraulic oil.

Flow control: Multi way control valve adjusts the direction of oil flow according to operating instructions, including lifting control valve and tilt control valve.

Execution action: High pressure oil enters the lifting cylinder to achieve vertical lifting, and enters the tilting cylinder to adjust the angle of the gantry.

Oil circuit circulation: The return valve ensures that the completed oil is filtered and returned to the tank, forming a closed circuit.

3、 Core advantages
