Firstly, check if the main engine, operating mechanism, and control electrical appliances (cables, buckle boxes, wiring racks) of the electric hoist are complete, and if the installation environment (mines, chemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, ports, gas pipelines, tunnels) and track models match.

Secondly, install the main engine of the explosion-proof electric hoist on the main I-beam on the ground, make fine adjustments, and pay attention to the distance between the inner side of the equipment flange and the flange of the single beam track meeting the technical requirements (see the accompanying manual). The installation of power lines, sliding lines, brackets, etc. should be standardized.

Then, the electrical control box, sliding wires, cables, etc. shall be installed according to the requirements of the technical manual for the wire rope of the electric hoist.

Also, remember to conduct a trial run after installation to test whether the lifting, lowering, left, and right operations are normal.

Debugging of explosion-proof electric hoist:

During the test run, the wire rope electric hoist must undergo no-load, static load, and dynamic load test runs in accordance with the requirements of the special equipment safety technical regulations.

The explosion-proof signs for electric hoists are d Ⅱ BT4 and d Ⅱ CT4, which are suitable for places where combustible gases, steam, and air in groups IIA, IIB, IIC, and T4 with temperatures ranging from T1 to T4 form explosive gas mixtures.

During the operation of the explosion-proof electric hoist, it is prohibited to use diagonal pull wires, overload, or lift people. It is also strictly prohibited to stand under the machine.
