The solution includes replacing or adding hydraulic oil, adjusting the nut position, and draining the air.

Hydraulic valve failure: Blockage or damage to the hydraulic pump relief valve can also affect the effectiveness of the hydraulic valve, causing the fork to not lift properly. Hydraulic valves need to be cleaned or replaced.

Foreign object jamming: Forks, walking wheels, and other operating components that get stuck with foreign objects can affect forklift operation. Foreign objects need to be removed to ensure flexible rotation of the components.

Piston deformation: Hydraulic cylinder piston deformation may also cause the fork to not lift properly. Professional personnel are required to disassemble, inspect, and repair it, and it cannot be disassembled by oneself.
