To ensure the long-term stable and safe operation of the pneumatic balance hoist (pneumatic hoist) during operation, it is necessary to start from various aspects such as daily cleaning, maintenance of the air source system, lubrication maintenance, inspection of load components, electrical system maintenance, safety device testing, performance testing, record management, operator training, and spare parts reserve. The following are specific maintenance steps:

1、 Daily cleaning

External cleaning: Regularly wipe the surface of the equipment with a clean damp cloth to remove dust, oil, and impurities, preventing them from entering key components and affecting performance.

Internal cleaning: Regularly open the equipment casing to clean the dust and impurities inside, especially key components such as cylinders and valves, to ensure smooth air flow.

Special environmental cleaning: If the equipment is used in a humid or corrosive environment, regular application of rust proof oil or other anti-corrosion measures should be taken to prevent rusting or corrosion of components.

2、 Maintenance of gas source system

Air source pressure inspection: Ensure that the air source pressure is within the specified range of the equipment (usually 0.4-0.6MPa). Excessive or insufficient pressure may affect the normal operation of the equipment.

Tracheal and joint inspection: Regularly check whether the trachea is aging, cracked, or leaking, and whether the joints are loose. If there are any problems, they should be replaced or tightened in a timely manner.

Filter cleaning: Filters in the air supply system should be regularly cleaned or replaced to prevent impurities from entering the pneumatic system and affecting the normal operation of the equipment.

3、 Lubrication and maintenance

Lubrication of cylinder and piston rod: Regularly apply an appropriate amount of grease to the cylinder and piston rod to ensure smooth movement.

Lubrication of pulleys and bearings: pulleys and bearings are important components of pneumatic balance cranes and should be regularly lubricated to prevent wear caused by friction.

Chain or wire rope lubrication: If the equipment is lifted using chains or wire ropes, anti rust oil or grease should be regularly applied to prevent rust and wear.

4、 Load component inspection

Hook inspection: Regularly inspect the hook for cracks, deformation, or wear to ensure that its load-bearing capacity meets the requirements.

Inspection of steel wire rope or chain: If steel wire rope or chain is used, it should be checked for broken wires, deformation or wear, and replaced in a timely manner if necessary.

Load sensor calibration: If the equipment is equipped with a load sensor, it should be calibrated regularly to ensure its measurement accuracy.

5、 Electrical system maintenance (if equipped)

Cable and wiring inspection: Regularly check for cable damage and loose wiring to ensure the safety of the electrical system.

Inspection of control buttons and switches: Ensure that the control buttons and switches operate flexibly without any jamming phenomenon.

Safety device testing: Safety devices such as limit switches and emergency stop buttons should be regularly tested to ensure their proper functioning.

6、 Performance testing

Load capacity calibration: Regularly use standard weights or load testing equipment to calibrate the load capacity of the pneumatic balance crane to ensure it meets design requirements.

Operational performance testing: Regularly conduct no-load and load tests to check the operational performance of the equipment, ensuring smooth operation and no abnormal noise or vibration.

7、 Record management

Maintenance content record: After each maintenance, detailed records should be kept of the maintenance content, replaced parts, discovered problems, and handling measures.

Maintenance data analysis: By analyzing maintenance records, common faults and wear patterns of equipment can be discovered, and preventive measures can be taken in advance.

8、 Operator training

Operation specification training: Ensure that operators are familiar with the use of equipment and safety operating procedures, and avoid equipment damage or safety accidents caused by misoperation.

Maintenance skills training: Operators should master basic maintenance skills and be able to promptly detect and handle simple faults.

9、 Spare parts reserve
