Check the components:

Confirm that the received manual forklift includes key components such as fork parts, swing bars, pivot shafts, chains, etc.

Install the swing rod:

Remove the pin shaft from the position of the hydraulic pump.

Place the bottom of the swing rod in the corresponding position and fasten it with a pin.

Install the chain:

The chain needs to pass through the pin hole and be inserted into the groove of the swing rod.

Test swing rod:

Pull out the hydraulic safety shaft and try to press the swing rod up and down to check if it is functioning properly and if the fork rises accordingly.

Pull the swing rod to ensure that the fork descends to its original position.

Check if the swing rod moves smoothly in all directions without any jamming.

Evacuate the air:

Before using a manual forklift, it is necessary to perform a draining operation to ensure that the hydraulic system is working properly.

Usually, the air in the hydraulic system is expelled by repeatedly pressing the handle.

Installation method of bulldozer lateral displacement system (taking forklift lateral displacement system as an example for reference)

Prepare tools:

Prepare corresponding tools according to installation requirements, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.

Install side shift bracket:

Hang the side shift bracket to ensure safety and stability.

Raise the bracket machine to a height that is convenient for operation and prepare for subsequent work.

Tightening bolts:

Tighten the bolts of the lateral displacement bracket to ensure that every step is secure and reliable.

Connecting oil pipe:

Find the reserved inlet and outlet pipes and smoothly connect them to the inlet and outlet of the lateral displacement cylinder.

Ensure tight connection and no leakage.

Testing function:

After tightening the oil pipe, perform a lateral displacement function test.

Check if the lateral displacement system is working properly without any jamming or leakage.
