The installation of hydraulic hoist (hydraulic crane or hydraulic lift) requires strict technical specifications and safety operation procedures, which can be divided into five stages: pre installation preparation, main installation, hydraulic system installation, electrical system installation, commissioning and acceptance. 1、 Preparation before installation

Determine installation location: Choose a flat, solid, and obstacle free ground to ensure stable operation of the equipment. If installed outdoors or in environments susceptible to wind and rain erosion, rust prevention treatment and covering work should be carried out.

Preparation foundation: Prepare the corresponding foundation according to the equipment model and specifications. The foundation should be solid, flat, and meet the equipment design requirements. For mobile devices, it is necessary to first assemble the derrick and connect the power supply for trial operation. After confirming that there are no errors, the next step of installation can be carried out.

Check components: Prepare various components according to the installation schedule, including hydraulic pumps, oil cylinders, control valves, oil filters, etc., and carefully check whether the model, performance, adjustment mechanism, etc. meet the requirements. Ensure that the components are undamaged and leak free, and that the adjustment mechanism is flexible and the display is sensitive and accurate.

Familiar with drawings: Carefully read the working principle diagram, system pipeline connection diagram, electrical principle diagram, etc. of the hydraulic system, familiarize yourself with the working principle, structure, installation and use methods of the system and various components.

2、 Main installation

Installation base: Install the equipment base on the foundation, ensuring that the base is tightly attached to the foundation without any looseness. Use a spirit level to check the levelness of the base and ensure that the equipment is installed securely.

Installation body: Install the equipment body (such as the elevator body, crane boom, etc.) on the base, ensuring that the body is tightly attached to the base. For large equipment, auxiliary equipment such as cranes should be used for lifting.

Installation of oil cylinder: The installation of oil cylinder must be strictly operated according to technical requirements to ensure firm and reliable installation without looseness. Before installation, it is necessary to confirm the machining quality of the shaft end and hole end, chamfer and remove burrs, clean with test oil or gasoline, and blow dry. During installation, it is important to note that the centerline of the oil cylinder should be concentric with the line of action of the load force to avoid the formation of lateral forces that may cause wear on the sealing body or piston.

3、 Hydraulic system installation

Installation of hydraulic pump: The connection shaft between the hydraulic pump and the motor has coaxiality requirements, generally requiring an eccentricity of less than 0.1mm and an angle of less than 1 ° between the two axis centerlines. During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the base has sufficient rigidity and that the connection is firm to prevent vibration.

Installation of control valves: Install various control valves (such as relief valves, one-way valves, throttle valves, etc.) according to the hydraulic system schematic, ensuring that the orientation of each oil port is correct, the joints are tightened and sealed without oil or air leakage. For plate type components, it is important to note that the sealing rings at the inlet and outlet ports must not be missing, detached, or misaligned.

Installation of oil pipes: The assembly of oil pipes should avoid misoperation and ensure that the pipes are firm, reliable, and stable. When placing the oil return pipe horizontally, the slope should be between 3/1000 and 5/1000. If the pipeline is too long, a pipe clamp should be fixed every 0.5 meters. The material of the pressure oil pipe should be selected according to the maximum pressure of the hydraulic system (such as welded steel pipe when P<2.5MPa, seamless steel pipe when P>2.5MPa), and ensure that it is installed firmly without vibration.

Install oil filters: Install oil filters in the suction pipeline, oil pump pressure pipeline, return oil circuit, and other areas to control oil pollution problems. The installation of the oil filter requires selecting the appropriate type and specification based on the specific location.

4、 Electrical system installation

Connect power supply: Connect the power cord to the device, ensuring that the power cord is tightly attached to the device without looseness. For mobile devices, it is necessary to ensure that the power cord length is sufficient and undamaged.

Install electrical components: Install various electrical components (such as switches, contactors, relays, etc.) according to the electrical schematic diagram, ensuring that the components are securely installed, wired correctly, and free of short circuits or open circuits.

Grounding protection: To ensure the safe operation of the equipment, grounding protection is necessary. Connect the metal casing of the equipment reliably to the grounding electrode to ensure that the grounding resistance meets safety requirements.

5、 Debugging and acceptance

Debugging preparation: Before debugging, it is necessary to check whether the various components of the equipment are installed correctly, securely fastened, and free of looseness. At the same time, check whether the hydraulic oil level meets the requirements and whether the oil is clean and free of impurities.

No load test run: Start the equipment without load and check if it runs smoothly without any abnormal noise or vibration. At the same time, check whether the hydraulic system pressure is stable and whether the control valve action is flexible and reliable.

Load test run: Start the equipment under load and check whether the equipment's carrying capacity meets the requirements and whether it runs smoothly and reliably. At the same time, check whether the temperature of the hydraulic system is normal and whether there are any leaks.

Acceptance and delivery: The acceptance and delivery work shall be carried out after the debugging is completed.
