When setting the various time parameters of emulsion lifting equipment, it is necessary to combine the equipment operating mode, hydraulic system characteristics, and process requirements, focusing on the core links such as starting interval, operating cycle, frequency conversion regulation, and liquid supply protection. The specific setting method is as follows:

1、 Start and Run Cycle Settings

Multi pump cycle operation time

If the device adopts a multi pump collaborative mode (such as priority pump, backup pump), the cycle operation period of each pump needs to be set. For example:

Single pump running time: 24 hours (continuous operation)

Pump shutdown time: 8 hours (rest or maintenance)

Priority switching cycle: Change the priority every 8 hours to avoid uneven wear and tear caused by long-term high load operation of a single pump.

Principle: Through cyclic switching, balance the working time of each pump and extend the overall lifespan of the equipment.

Intermittent liquid supply mode

If the device supports on-demand liquid supply (such as automatic shutdown when the working face is not using liquid), it is necessary to set:

Shutdown setting time: For example, 10 minutes (if no liquid is used after this time, the equipment will automatically shut down).

Restart delay: 0.5 seconds (to avoid pressure/flow fluctuations and ensure liquid supply stability).

Effect: Eliminate air freight forwarding, save energy, while maintaining the system's rapid response capability.

2、 Hydraulic system time parameters

Variable frequency regulation of acceleration and deceleration time

Based on the inertia and load characteristics of the electric motor, set the acceleration and deceleration time of the frequency converter (usually determined through experimental methods):

Recommended value: 10 seconds (too short may cause the motor to stall, too long may affect operational efficiency).

Adjustment basis: Based on the premise that the frequency converter does not have overcurrent/overvoltage protection, optimize the adjustment speed.

Temperature control response time

If the device is equipped with a temperature monitoring system, a temperature deviation threshold and response time need to be set:

Allowable deviation: ± 3.0 ℃ (if the outlet temperature is set to 55 ℃ and the actual temperature exceeds the range of 52-58 ℃, adjustment will be triggered).

Adjustment delay: Immediate response (turn off/turn on steam heating immediately after temperature exceeds the standard).

Purpose: To maintain the temperature of the emulsion between 50-60 ℃ to prevent performance degradation.

3、 Liquid supply protection and durability testing time

Abnormal pressure protection time

If the equipment has pressure monitoring function, it is necessary to set a pressure abnormal shutdown protection time:

Overpressure/underpressure threshold: for example, triggering shutdown when the pressure is below 15MPa or above 35MPa.

Protection delay: 0 seconds (stop immediately to avoid equipment damage).

Function: To prevent pipeline rupture or system overload.

Durability testing time

During the equipment development or maintenance phase, continuous operation testing is required:

Full load test time: 500 hours (record oil temperature and liquid temperature every 0.5 hours during this period, and record every 1 hour after stabilization).

Allowable downtime: The time for pump shutdown due to faults is not cumulative, but the operating time before and after pump shutdown can be cumulative.

Standard: Oil temperature ≤ 85 ℃, liquid temperature ≤ 40 ℃, no damage to main parts, working fluid leakage ≤ 0.5kg/h.

4、 Special equipment time parameters (such as ultrasonic emulsification equipment)

If the device is of ultrasonic emulsification type, the following additional time parameters need to be set:

Adjustment time for infusion bottle height: Real time adjustment according to intraoperative needs (such as 40-60cm height, instantaneous pressure switching achieved through dual infusion control valves).

Negative pressure rise time:

Traditional peristaltic pump: slower (waiting for the suction hole to become blocked before establishing negative pressure).

New improved pump: fast (approaching instantaneous response of Venturi pump/diaphragm pump).

Flow value setting time: Adjust according to the attraction demand (the larger the flow, the faster the object is sucked in).
