1、 Hydraulic system issues

Insufficient hydraulic oil

Reason: Hydraulic oil is a key factor for the normal operation of manual forklifts. If the hydraulic oil is insufficient, the forklift will not be able to lift goods properly.

Solution: Check the hydraulic oil level, and if it is insufficient, add hydraulic oil in a timely manner. When adding, pay attention to using hydraulic oil models that meet the requirements of the forklift.

Insufficient purity of hydraulic oil

Reason: Unclean hydraulic oil may clog the fuel injector, causing the cylinder to malfunction.

Solution: Replace with high-purity hydraulic oil and ensure that the hydraulic system is clean.

There is air in the hydraulic cylinder

Reason: The presence of air in the hydraulic cylinder can cause unstable pressure, leading to cylinder crawling and affecting the normal operation of the forklift.

Solution: Exhaust the hydraulic cylinder. The specific method is to shift the gear of the manual forklift upwards, and then press down the joystick multiple times as usual until the air is completely expelled.

Improper adjustment of bolt or screw position

Reason: If the adjusting bolt is too close or the adjusting screw is too tight, it may cause the valve to remain open, affecting the normal start-up of the forklift.

Valve body leaks oil

Reason: Installation damage or aging or damage of the O-ring may cause oil leakage from the valve body.

Solution: Grind the valve body, replace the O-ring, and tighten the bolts.

Safety valve spring failure

Reason: Failure of the safety valve spring can cause internal leakage.

Multi directional valve stem cannot be reset
