Manual Forklift "DiNiu" Usage Guide
1、 Core components and functions
Handle: The core device that controls the flow of hydraulic oil, adjusts the action of the hydraulic cylinder through push-pull operation, and achieves the lifting and lowering of the fork.
Hydraulic cylinder: a power source that drives the piston up and down through hydraulic oil, driving the fork up and down.
Frame: The main structure that carries the weight and operational load of the forklift itself.
Wheels: including steering front wheels and fixed rear wheels, ensuring flexible steering and stable driving in narrow spaces.
Fork: A key component that supports and transports goods, with adjustable fork arm height and width to accommodate goods of different sizes.
2、 Safe operating procedures
Check before use
Hydraulic system: Confirm that there is no leakage in the hydraulic cylinder and that the hydraulic oil level and quality are normal.
Wheel system: Check the flexibility of wheel rotation, remove tangled foreign objects, and ensure no jamming or abnormal noise.
Structural integrity: Check that the frame, fork, pulley device, etc. are not damaged, and that the fasteners are not loose.
Unqualified handling: If any inspection item is unqualified, the equipment shall be immediately stopped until it is repaired and re inspected to be qualified.
operation steps
Pressing: Place the control handle in the downward position, lightly press the directional lever to activate the pressing mechanism, ensuring that the weight of the goods does not exceed the rated load.
Handling: After the goods are smoothly lifted off the ground, adjust the handle to the middle position to enter drag mode, maintain stable speed and uniform thrust, and avoid sudden acceleration or braking.
Unloading: After arriving at the destination, move the handle up to the release position and gradually release the pressure to make the goods land smoothly.
Empty operation: Press and lift the forklift appropriately to avoid wear and tear on the front axle support frame from contact with the ground.
Skills for improving operational efficiency
Two handed operation: Hold the handle with both hands to improve control stability and accuracy, and reduce one handed fatigue.
Path planning: Reasonably layout the cargo stacking area and shorten the distance traveled by forklifts; Avoid narrow passages and reduce wasted entry and exit time.
Load management: Keep the goods as close as possible to the centerline of the forklift to ensure load balance; Prioritize handling goods of moderate weight to avoid overloading.
Lift control: Accurately adjust the height of the fork according to the handling requirements to avoid the risk of unstable center of gravity caused by excessive lifting; There is no need to excessively raise the fork when unloaded.
Smooth start stop: Plan parking positions in advance to reduce repeated adjustments; Maintain stability during starting and stopping, and reduce vibration and impact.
3、 Safety precautions
Single person operation principle: Only one person is allowed to operate, and when multiple people cooperate, a designated person in charge must be designated to command uniformly.
Load limit: Overloading, unbalanced loading, or single fork operation are strictly prohibited to ensure that the weight of the goods is within the rated range and the length of the fork covers the pallet.
Prohibited acts
It is prohibited to place heavy loads for long periods of time, throw objects from high altitude, transport goods without fully inserting forks under the shelves, load unstable or loose goods (except when personnel support is required).
It is prohibited to operate on slopes (with a slope inclination of ≤ 2% and the fork arm facing downhill when unloaded), when carrying people or when the line of sight is obstructed.
Do not use on muddy or uneven ground to avoid colliding with others, equipment, or objects.
Body protection: It is strictly prohibited to place any part of the body near mechanical lifting components, on loaded goods, or under forks during operation.
Speed control: The operating speed should not exceed 3 kilometers per hour (the normal walking speed for adults is 5 kilometers per hour), and slow down when turning.
Storage standard: Do not use empty space to lower the fork to the lowest position and store it in the designated area.
4、 Daily maintenance and upkeep
Hydraulic system: Regularly check the hydraulic oil level and quality, and replace or supplement as necessary; Check the working status of the hydraulic pump and valve, and ensure that there is no oil leakage or abnormal noise; Regularly lubricate moving parts.
Wheel and support system: Regularly clean the wheels and check for wear, replace damaged wheels; Regularly lubricate the axle and support system bearings to reduce wear.
Fork frame and fork arm: Regularly check the integrity and safety, repair or replace damaged parts; Check the symmetry and straightness of the fork arm to avoid operational risks caused by deformation.
Handle and operating device: Ensure the flexibility of the handle without any jamming; Check the smoothness of valve and operating rod movements, regularly lubricate valves to maintain efficient system operation.
