Perform high-pressure water gun cleaning twice a month (pressure ≤ 8MPa), and complete drying within 4 hours after cleaning

4. Maintenance and upkeep standards

Establish corrosion grade assessment standards (refer to ISO 4628-3)

Check every 500 hours:

Sealing of motor junction box (IP67 testing)

Chain lubrication condition (oil content>15%)

Corrosion condition of battery casing (pitting depth<0.5mm)

Immediate action upon discovery of rust spots:

① Mechanical rust removal (St2 level)

② Zinc phosphate conversion treatment

③ Apply epoxy repair paint (thickness ≥ 120 μ m)

5. Special protective devices

Install automatic drainage system (drainage volume ≥ 15L/min)

Install rubber sealing strips in key areas (compression capacity of 30-50%)

Add a V-shaped sealing ring (temperature resistant -40~120 ℃) to the motor end cover
