Environmental Assessment

Homework space: Ensure that the work area is free of obstacles, the running track is flat and solid, and avoid collisions or overturning due to environmental factors.

Load confirmation

2、 Standardized operation

Lifting operation

Trial lifting: Before lifting, conduct a trial lifting to lift the object about 10 centimeters off the ground, check the stability and effectiveness of the brake, and confirm that there are no errors before officially lifting.

Smooth operation: Lifting and lowering should be done slowly and uniformly, avoiding sudden acceleration or braking, and preventing load shaking or collision.

Vertical lifting: Move the electric hoist directly above the load before lifting. It is strictly prohibited to pull the truck diagonally or with a hook to prevent the load from tilting and falling.

Personnel and Regional Management

Personnel isolation: It is strictly prohibited to stand or pass under the lifted object. Temporary fences should be set up and monitored by a dedicated person to prevent heavy objects from falling and injuring people.

Command and coordination: Adhere to dedicated personnel command, avoid disorder caused by multiple people commanding, and ensure clear and distinct operation signals.

3、 Post operation maintenance

Equipment reset

After use, lift the hook to the appropriate height to avoid dragging the ground, cut off the power, and lock the control box.

Cleaning and lubrication

Cleaning: Regularly clean the dust and dirt on the surface of the electric hoist to prevent residual corrosive substances. In special environments (such as desulfurization environments), it is necessary to increase the frequency of cleaning.

Lubrication: Use specialized lubricating oil or grease to lubricate key parts such as gears and bearings, reduce wear and friction, and ensure the normal operation of equipment.

4、 Safety taboos

Overloading and illegal operations

Overloading is strictly prohibited, otherwise it may cause equipment damage or accidents.

It is prohibited to repeatedly use limit switches as travel switches to prevent equipment damage caused by limit failure.

Do not lift objects connected to the ground to avoid breaking cables or damaging equipment.

Electrical and mechanical fault handling

If any abnormalities are found in the equipment (such as odor, high temperature, abnormal noise, etc.), the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. Only after troubleshooting can it continue to be used.
